The guest farm offers the Stoor Hall which is mainly used for wedding celebrations, but can also be utilised for larger dance parties, celebrations and gatherings. The jetty leads out onto the dam, offering a romantic setting for wedding ceremonies. ‘The Bos’ provides a magical setting for those couples wanting a ‘down-to-earth’ ceremony hidden between granite rocks and olive trees. The Piggery Deck and Stoep is ideal for picnic weddings.
The Lakeside deck and verandah is ideal for cocktail parties, 21st birthday celebrations, or other celebratory events. The conference room caters for meetings and seminars, and different catering options include breakfast, lunch, and tea and coffee on the ‘Pakstoor’ Deck. The cellar is a cosy venue for smaller anniversary celebrations or a private marriage ceremony.
The farm exports table grapes as well as wine grapes and olives. The farmer, Louis Louw, prizes himself in making wine from his grapes and preserving olives. The wine is available on the market, and guests can buy the wine from the local farm stall.

Their bottled water is the best! Cool trees under which we could park. Efforts made to lock our bikes safely at night. Our laundry was done quickly! I can't wait to visit you guys again!

We had a great stay - the farm is very beautiful and the pond is a hit. The accommodation is simple and met our requirements. This room is under the main house and is a bit dark and musty, but it didn't bother me much. There was an event on the farm and there was loud music until late in the evening, fortunately this room is relatively far from the noise, but we would have liked to have known about the event in advance. A nice breakfast and hospitality made up for it the next morning.
The farm is great - you can swim in a dam or a pool. They supply spring water from their spring. Our shower had a curtain not glass per the pictures, so it was difficult to stop the water splashing in the bathroom, but not a big deal. The fans in each bedroom were a win when the temperature hit 38 degrees - thank you. The Wi-Fi is great and worked well.
The kitchen sink has no hot water. The faucet turns completely loose when you open it too. When we arrived the place was dirty from previous residents I assume. Ash drum too. There was no joke. No broom. No porridge bowls. No bowls for cooking, only two cups, two plates and cutlery. Now how should one cook. Or what you should eat yourself. The place has no dish soap. No washing sponge. The one light on the wall was broken and incomplete itself. The closet has no shelves inside to store clothes, and has one hanger in the closet. Who watches and who hangs. Als was completely inconvenient and can't believe I paid for it.

Picardie Guest Farm was indeed "home away from home", with the most friendliest people and indeed a place that we will go stay at again. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops etc and a view of Paarl, indeed a great location!
Everything that was needed is available.
We had a wonderful stay. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was also delicious!
The children had a great time at the pool and going to the paddock with animals. Is really value for money and very neat.
We had a great stay at Picardie Guest Farm. The place is neatly laid out and is close to all the attractions. The rooms were neat and clean and the kitchen was conveniently large. Lovely people and great service. The view over the dam was just as beautiful. We recommend the place to anyone!

The only problem was that the unit above mine's air conditioner dripped water onto my unit's roof, causing an annoying noise throughout the evening.
We had a great stay at Picardie! There are plenty of photos to be taken on site, and there is a pond for swimming, as well as a hot water pool. The views are wonderful. Paarl Rock and the Language Monument are very close, and Laborie Wine Estate is next door (walking distance). You can also Uber to where you want to be. Elzaan and Juanita are super friendly and helpful. The owners put a lot of effort into the place.
Picardie Plaas is a beautiful place. The unit was clean and equipped for 4 people. There were 5 of us and it was a bit difficult to be able to eat together. The people were friendly and there is a lot to do on the farm.
The view of the Boland mountains and the farm atmosphere is unbeatable. The breakfast could perhaps get a little more attention.
It is a beautiful farm with very comfortable cottages. The family is extremely hospitable and we were spoiled with delicious home-made rusks. The accommodation and breakfast are very good value for money. The farm is centrally located with easy access to the highway and other attractions in the area.
