13 guests' feedbackRooms are neat and clean, but no cutlery in the kitchen cupboards. Only a kettle, 2 coffee mugs and 2 glasses with a single coffee and tea packet. "Spoon" is a stick. Only cold water faucet in the bathroom sink has water. Had to draw hot water from the kitchen faucet.

Our staff said the accommodation was good and tidy. The chef refused to serve me with technology. The reason was that he was busy with a conference's meals - so they were late when arriving at our client because they had to drive to their town for breakfast. This is unacceptable and rude.
The chef refused to serve food to our staff. He was apparently busy with other guests. That's why they were late on duty with a large client. We will go there a lot and will not use the review again.
Wash only 1 towel per unit that can sleep 4 people. A lot of noise and the location is bad.

The place had all the facilities I needed for the trip.
I think that Pietersburg lodge are conveniently situated near the center of the city. The facilities are good.
Lodge is too close to N1,
So many animals to look at.
We will definitely stay there again. The food was delicious and the hospitality first class!
