Well-equipped and comfortable accommodation. Elaine is a friendly host who is willing to help in any way she can. The location is perfect for those who love to run or hike with a trail starting point on the opposite side of the road. I highly recommend staying here when looking for accommodation in George.
I would recommend Pillow & Fern anytime for 2 people. Location was very nice and peaceful and woosntel very well equipped. I would give owners an 11 out of 10 for hospitality! They did everything in their power to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Owners even froze our meat with them which I wanted to take with me to my next holiday destination. They are wonderful people!
It was a pleasant stay. The room is neat and tidy and clean. We were only there for one evening and we had a restful night. The hosts are friendly and we were warmly welcomed on arrival. Thanks Pillow & Fern.

Beautiful place that we would definitely recommend to anyone. Very nice, neat and clean and the 'fern' theme has been brought in everywhere. Place is well equipped with everything you need for overnight and even with a light and more plug that works during loadshedding. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality and excellent customer service.
Beautiful place will stay there in future if these things are changed - disappointed experience. Curtains does not block the sun if you need more sleep. The bed is slept through in the middle. The holders in the kitchen are very sticky rusted and gross. The fridge did not work properly and did not freeze. The toilet seat had urine on it. We were not made aware of the door leading into the main house(you can hear people on other side). Besides all these things if the main things, mattress and fridge were replaced we would overlook everything else and still stay there. It is really a cosy place and the lady of pillow and fern is a kind lady. . We only stayed 1 night out of the 11 we would have stayed as we were also tired of our travels but we had to get another place unfortunately we did not get a full refund and sadly lost a lot of money.
What a beautiful place in this quietest neighborhood, with your own entrance with the woods/forest and mountain as a view. What more do you want? Top notch hospitality. Thank you very much Elaine.
My son and I stayed for 3 nights. Elaine was an attentive host and ensured that we had everything we needed. The flatlet is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the walk in the forest nearby, the beautiful views and the quiet neighbourhood. My son loved the very friendly resident dogs too. Will definitely be back.
The place is situated in a quiet area and the mountains make it so peaceful. The accommodation is fitted with all that you need. I will definitely visit again.

Pillow & Fern is perfect! There is everything you might need! The hostess, Elaine, is a hostess a thousand and so nice and helpful. Her brother has a private taxi, so you don't even have to worry about transportation. I don't like to book more than once with the same accommodation, but Pillow & Fern will definitely see me again! P.S. the photos on the page don't do the place justice at all, it's so much more beautiful in person and much more spacious than it looks in the photos!
