As usual we received a very warm welcome from the manager and owner, as it was our anniversary. They decided to set us up in the honeymoon suite which was a great gesture from them. Breakfast was ready for us every morning and we had a great time. Thank you to all the staff at Pinedew.
It was unorganised. We didn't get the room that we asked for. Our bathroom was in the hallway. The bed lamp did not work. The curtains are very dirty. Our stay was not nice. The wedding venue was very good.
Very satisfied with the stay but the room smelled a bit "stuffy", they could perhaps use antiseptics to wash the floors and put nice fragrances in the rooms.
Arrived at Pinedew and was greeted by both the owner and manager, which in turn made us feel like family and not guests, really accommodating to our needs, awesome breakaway for friends and family alike.
Second time around I booked, still a decent break away. Recharged my batterye and now ready for everything, will definitely book again.
Had a nice friendly reception and very neat and clean accommodation. Nice getaway spot for the weekend.
