House Rules

For any payment transactions made through PayBridge, please kindly note that GSSA require the following documentation as requested by our payment merchant in order to accept the payment:
- a signed copy of the PayBridge Transactional slip made by the Account/Card holder.
- a copy of the Card holder's ID/Passport/Driver's License.

Should this documentation not be provided regretfully you will be in breach of our payment terms which could result in a booking cancellation.

Please note an R 1000.00 refundable breakage deposit is required with the full payment which needs to be settled with Golf Safari SA two 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We do not accept cash payments at the resort. Golf Safari SA reserves the right to cancel your booking without the refund of your deposit should the above payment terms not be strictly adhered to. For bookings less than 2 weeks before your intended arrival date, full payment for accommodation, and breakage deposit is required upfront.

All long weekends, public and school holiday periods will be charged at peak rates.
A night before a public holiday that falls before a weekend will be charged at peak season rates.
Golf Safari SA reserves the right to decline bookings that do not include the night before a public holiday right until and departing on a Sunday should the public holiday fall on a Friday.
A one night stay over a weekend is at the discretion of the resort and will be charged peak season rates.
As weekends are considered our Peak periods please note that only departures falling on a Friday, Sunday’s or Monday will be permitted.

Please note the guest is responsible for completing an admission form with indemnity.
No breakage deposits will be refunded without the completion of your admission form.
Please note that we will only accept your banking details in this completed form format which needs to be emailed to your booking manager.
Breakage deposit refunds are processed by Golf Safari SA and not the Estate.
All 3rd party costs plus bank fees will be added to the cancellation amounts.
Golf Safari SA will review a change of reservation request on a case by case basis provided that the request is made a minimum of 30 days prior to the original arrival date and therefore reserve the right to decline the booking modification.

Should we agree to accommodate the change in arrival date an admin fee of R500 is applicable. Rates applicable to the season of the modification will apply. Only one date change per booking will be considered.
