17 guests' feedbackThe unit was clean, but the bedroom's roof is unacceptable for a 4-star accommodation. One of the main reasons for my choice to stay at Pinnaquin was the WiFi availability because I am a working person and need to have access to my emails and the internet. However, there was just never internet available.

We had a great stay, just too short. Will come again, I can recommend Pinnaquin. It is also walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops.
Perfect accommodation after a busy year. Very neat, spotlessly clean, unbelievable good service and enthusiastic staff who really care. Lovely, big stoep with a dreamlike view. Enough space for everyone to go about their business. Peaceful and close to shops. You will definitely see us again. Thank you for the spoiling us.

Very comfortable and safe apartment with everything you need for good stay. Wonderful view from the balcony. Only minus for lack of internet access.
Nice vacation spot, but almost feel like we could get better for the same price. DStv channels are very limited - could only pick up basic channels, no decoder in the unit - so we couldn't use our own smartcards either. Toilet paper is too thin and bland - can only put 2 ply or advise guests to bring their own, it was not a pleasure. It's also very cold in the unit - there isn't a fireplace, so I would suggest they at least put a heater in. Free WiFi will also help - all the modern places have it and people would rather go to a place with free WiFi than one without. Please also indicate on the website that the pool is not really a pool, but a fountain. You can just put your feet in the water - but don't want to do that either because it was very dirty. Owner also knocked on the door very loudly and urgently just to make sure we were awake - at least there is no need for that loud. Cleaning services are excellent - place was cleaned very neatly when we were out for a while. Furthermore, the place is very safe and quiet. Will visit there again, hopefully the above has already been addressed.
