The place was beautiful and clean. I will recommend it to other people safe but transport is far and no Ubers or Taxify or Maxi Taxis. All was top gateway and reasonable fees. Thank you Eugene and Marisa keep it up.

Host was very accommodating and thoughtful.
The unit is very nice and well equipped and spacious for self-catering guests, we went with a baby and had to take our own camping cot with us and there was enough space to store the cot. The owners are friendly and very helpful and as Christians said a prayer for us when we left, which is incredibly wonderful. I would recommend the place to anyone.

Host received us well. Explain how als works and where places to eat are. We informed about places of interest. Accommodation was neat and clean. Would recommend the place. All that was disturbing were the neighbour's dogs that kept barking at night. Gave him advice on how to handle it. Hope it will work. Furthermore, we had a nice stay and chat with the host.
Eugene is a true host. We were taken to buy meat etc. and provided with extra lights due to load shedding. Knowledgeable about all the attractions in the Drakensberg.

Our Host, Eugene, and his wife was absolutely top-notch. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is safe and the flat was spacious enough and a huge yard to relax in. Everything was just amazing!

It was lovely to sleep over there. The units are modern, neat, private and very clean. Lots of detail in every spot. It just made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again. We recommend it to anyone who needs to sleep over.
Friday and Sunday evenings can be noisy due to the N3 being nearby. Otherwise good.

Stayed overnight at Pitstop on the way to KwaZulu-Natal. Had a nice stay. Everything is neat, clean and comfortable.
I have enjoyed my stay but the owner is always knocking to check up on us for no reason. We will call if we need anything beside that everything is perfect. Oh bathroom there's nothing separating bathroom, bedroom and kitchen so when the nature calls it's a problem for you partner.
Good place to sleep. Only downside is there is noise from the N3 nearby.

Plekkie has no aircon or heaters. Place is very cold inside. Dog also chewed on my brand new car's one light panel. Very unfortunate.
At 12 o'clock on the day we had to check in, we still hadn't received their address at all. The address information is incorrect. A 51A King Street does not exist. The biggest disappointment was when we found that the bathroom/toilet/bedroom was one single room. No privacy on the toilet. It's absolutely unthinkable! To make matters worse the owner said he wanted to come and do an inspection before we drove. This has never happened in the many years of traveling. Then there was a glass gone that we definitely didn't touch. We offered him R20 so we could just get away from the filthy place but he insisted that he should go look in the house for the missing glass, where he then found it. I will definitely never use the website or Pitstop again.

I would recommend the place anytime. If I could only give one criticism it would be to perhaps partition off the toilet/shower area completely with a wall. Although one goes as a couple and is used to each other, privacy is still important in toilet facilities. So that's all we can offer, but other than that it was very nice and we had everything we needed during our stay.
