We as a family enjoyed the calmness and tranquility very much. A very spacious duplex with beautiful scenery. The unit was in a spotlessly clean state when we checked in. Nita of In-Touch was very helpful and friendly; she went through everything, which left me with no questions. I have already recommended the accommodation to family and friends.
It was pleasant and safe.
We had a wonderful stay, but if I can mention one negative: The room at the top left of the parking area is "Lucifer's" room in the summer. The white blinds do not keep the sun out and the room is incredibly warm. The sun shines the children from the room from before 6. On vacation you want to sleep in. Owner will have to invest in also blackout curtains for the room. We have no complaints and had a pleasant stay. Feel free to book here! The lady who came to unlock; was on time and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and loved the animals that visited us.
Very good location, but there were quite a few things that were not right and in place in the house. The house was not well cleaned when we arrived, the new tub and shower were leaking, and the washing machine was not working.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Plan D'eau. We recommend others to visit there as well. It was the best. The house was very nice and clean. There was more than we expected and therefore I can say that my family had the best weekend.
The estate and the villa was perfect for our large group. Nita was so accommodating and helpful throughout the booking.
We will definitely come to Plan D'eau again! Mandie was very friendly and everything in the place was so convenient.
Safety is non-negotiable and peace of mind, if you want to relax and just have fun this is your go-to house.
Quiet environment and nice estate for children to ride bikes. Playgrounds. Not much privacy as you live against your neighbor.
Nice ad cozy. However when addressing complaints professionalism is of importance irrespective race and age.
Everything in the house was more than we expected. The garage door gave some issues but it was sorted out soon. Thank you very much Nita, we will definitely come again soon.

It's a very nice complex. Very quiet. One of the rules is you can't make too much noise. There's also a rule that states you must not dirty the bedding sheets then they will take from the breakage fee. But the thing is we are paying for a cleaning fee which is a lot of money. Toilet paper must be provided. There was no extra toilet paper. We still enjoyed ourselves. A pity we had to watch the children because of the rules and regulation, so don't want to pay extra money. I prefer people must go in summer then you can watch the beautiful sunset on the balcony.
Wonderful accommodation for a weekend getaway.
We really enjoyed our stay at Plan D'eau. The place was very clean. The surrounding of the place was so calming and peaceful. We had a relaxed weekend. It had an invigorating effect on me. I felt I could face anything and felt energised.
The time was thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely want to stay here again.
We own a few guest houses ourselves and were a bit disappointed in that we were only supplied with 1 towel per person. We always provide 2 towels as well as beach/pool towels. Soap was also not provided (all the self catering homes we've been to including our own, have all provided bars of soap for the basins and showers. Serviettes were also not provided. This is a basic, and should definitely be included. We were impressed with the kitchen utensils and they were well maintained.
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay (we wished for one extra day at least!). The estate is beautiful as well as the unit we stayed in was all we needed to have the best weekend away. Thank you to Nita Brand for her awesome service and to of course LekkeSlaap!
