A wonderful home for us for 11 nights (5 added by us to original booking) while visiting our son in July. We loved the cottage so much. It was comfortable, well equipped and conveniently situated in the heart of that lovely town. We also appreciated having our own entrance, off road parking and an attractive garden/pool area which was exclusively for us to enjoy. What made it extra special was the exceptionally warm hospitality of our lovely hosts. Their personal touches, little treasures pieces and superb woodwork filled it with love, charm and character. Thank you Surene and Pieter for looking after us so well. We do hope to return.
The pool just needs to be closed.
Got much more than expected. Super friendly people, spacious rooms, gifts, delicious, private outdoor area, swimming pool. Would stay there again anytime and give it a 10 out of 10. Lovely place to stay, comfortable, friendly and excellent value for money.
Central, affordable!
Was very impressed with the owner. We were so well received, will definitely use Plumtree Cottage again. Quiet environment, exceptionally beautiful garden and very nice place.
The place was lovely, very busy with lots of decor and things, but beautiful. Loved the outside greenery. What I would have loved more though was if the pool was clean. I usually book a place with a pool, not necessarily to swim, but to relax by the poolside with a drink etc. but the pool was dirty, so not very pleasant to look at. If it was a hot day, my daughter definitely would have wanted to swim, which wouldn't have been possible in the dirty pool. But maybe next time we visit it will be clean. Everything else was great!

We stayed very nice, the 2 puppies were comfortable and very safe in beautiful garden. The hostess warmly welcomed us and went out of her way to make everything comfortable for us. The place is nice and homey and everything works well. Lovely hot shower. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely use them again.
Surina went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It really is a pleasant place at a reasonable rate. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
