Estelle makes you feel so comfortable, goes out of her way with small personal touches.
The establishment was great as it's clean and it's situated in a safe place. However, when checking out, the host accused us of taking items from the establishment. She then confirmed she found them, but could not apologise for the condescending tone and choice of words she used. The customer service experience at the end was rather disappointing.
It was so peaceful, clean and the garden is beautiful. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The amenities were spot on and the hospitality was out of this world. Thank you, Estelle and Gerhard, for an awesome stay.
Gerrit and Estelle are awesome hosts with a stunning self-catering accommodation that had so many small unexpected touches, like the variety of hot drink sachets to go with the rusks and biscuits, a range of useful toiletries, and extremely comfortable beds. It was just a pity that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the beautiful garden and pool. Ponderosa truly feels like a home away from home. We will definitely book again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ponderosa. Excellent facilities and Estelle was very welcoming. There is also a nice big garden that I was not aware of when I booked!
Lovely stay - neat, quiet surroundings. Kitchen is well equipped, shower was lovely to use and the garden is incredibly beautiful. Estelle is very pleasant.
Give visitors a space and privacy and also improve the lounge set up, TV and decoder must be separated.
