It has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, shower, bath, and heated towel rails. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a toilet, shower, bath, and heated towel rails. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep cool in the summer. There is a separate guest toilet. Linen and towels are provided, but guests must bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area comprises a comfy lounge with a fireplace, a kitchen, a separate scullery with a dishwasher, and a dining area. This area opens through stacking doors to the verandah, which spans the front of the whole house. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, wine fridge, electric oven, gas and electric stove combination, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and cutlery and crockery. There is a TV with full DStv channels in the lounge, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the garage, and there is space for 1 small vehicle. Guests are welcome to use the stand-up paddle board and 2 kids Vaya kayaks. There is a UPS available, which will kick in to power the TV, Wi-Fi, and lights should there be load shedding. The verandah is covered and has built-in braai facilities and seating for guests.

Guests are encouraged to use the cleaner during their stay for an additional daily rate. This should be arranged before arrival. The cleaner is available every day except for Tuesdays and public holidays.Please keep noise levels down after 22:00 to maintain the peaceful environment enjoyed by all residents. Minimize noise and lights to avoid disturbing the tranquillity.
A UPS system is available to power the TV, Wi-Fi, and lights during power outages. However, it cannot support appliances like fridges, microwaves, and kettles, as they will overload the system.
Basic cleaning supplies, including dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, trash bags, and toilet paper, are provided.
Guests can access the wood supply in the wood room located under the house. All food must be provided by guests.
