An on-premises domestic helper for in-house cleaning is available upon request at an extra fee.
The property provides:
- 3 large living areas
- 5 bedrooms
- 3 ensuite bathrooms
- 5 TVs with full DSTV & Netflix access,
- 2 protected decks with uninterrupted sea views.
- 3 private balconies with sea views
- 1 swimming pool
- 2 equipped offices for working (including uncapped Wi-Fi),
- 1 spacious modern kitchen (gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine) and general kitchenware
- 1 Kitchenette/TV/ Coffee room with microwave and fridge.
- 1 built-in outdoor braai and gas braai positioned next to a pool with lounge chairs and deck chairs.
Guests have access to the full property including the braai area, swimming pool and lawn areas. Guests are advised to make use of filtered water which can be refilled at the local Spar, PnP or in town.
Additionally, there are two additional bathrooms fitted with showers, washbasins, and toilets, with one including a bath. Guests must bring their own bath and swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen, accompanied by an 8-seater dining table, is fully furnished with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, fridge-freezer, freezer, crockery, cutlery, and various utensils. The lounge contains comfortable seating and a wide-screen smart TV with DSTV, Netflix etc.
Outside, guests have access to outdoor dining and seating with breathtaking ocean views. An under-roof braai area is also available as well as an outside gasbraai. Guests have access to a gated parking area as well as open parking space under 24-hour CCTV coverage. Kingfisher street and the surrounding beach area is also covered by a 24-hour monitored network of street cameras ensuring a safe environment for that early morning or late evening walk or jog on the beach.
