Good place to stay and do other things around the area.
The chalets need a little bit of upgrade and improvements, but everything else from the staff to the location was excellent.
It's a big, comfortable and nice place. We were received very kindly.
The place needs maintenance, there is algae growing on the roofs and on the walls and barbecue areas outside all the units, it looks sloppy, the furniture in the living room was very old and broken we could only sit on 1 of the sofas.
The venue is close to places of interest, everybody had something to do, even if was just to relax around the unit.

The stay was great only thing I wasn't impressed with was the security who stormed into my room to confirm booking. The whole experience was uncomfortable as he took a picture of my booking on my phone and was looking around my room only to confirm that indeed the booking and payment was made and that error was on their side they gave me room 05 instead of 07 with a double bed. I had booked 2 cottages M1 and 05 single beds which was supposed to be double bed. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.
Enough space for 4 people. We also explored the smaller beaches around us every day.
The unit was ready for early check-in as per our request, it was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Overall good value for money.
The unit is old, but the bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. Sea view, but noisy picnickers across the road spoil the peaceful atmosphere. We only stayed one night so it was good enough and we got what we paid for. Parking is under cover. Security is friendly and good. We changed units and it was no problem. Wouldn't want to stay in the studio longer than just the one night. The larger units on the grounds look better.
The apartment has nice space, all we didn't like was the fact of all the ants, cockroaches, curtains that were unhooked everywhere and the shower that was very dirty.
Stay was ok, with stunning few.

My accommodation was not up to standard at all. I would love to use the place again, but not before some maintenance and renovations have taken place.

Beach was clean, lifeguards friendly and helpful. The little shop on the beach was convenient and cheap to get something to eat quickly. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as well as supertube. Covid had an impact on that.
We went on a walking tour and were looking for a place to stay the night before and after the tour. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and prompt service.
We had no problems. The resort is clean, the staff is friendly. If something does break, they are quick to come and fix it. Linen is regularly changed as part of the service provided. The children enjoyed the swimming pool, there is no one making noise in the resort and it is a peaceful atmosphere that prevails.
We had a great overnight stay at the Port Edward Holiday Resort. Beach, fishing spots and shops were all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodation was clean. Kitchen well stocked for self catering purposes. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay longer next time.
Lovely large veranda where we could hang out and barbecue with a lovely view of the sea. Sufficient space between units to ensure privacy. Will definitely visit again.
We had a very nice stay. Apartment with a sea view. Apartment was neat (just needs to be made a bit more modern) and equipped, everything you need was in the kitchen. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
No air conditioner in January was a bit warm. Small fan did not help much. And power failure made even worse. Unity is quite outdated. With a few things that don't work such as toaster and grill whose pins are gone, and lying right on the coals. But otherwise unit is neat and clean.

Please advise us about the ants everywhere. We had to throw our dinner away due to the ants.
Only problem was that contractors came to sleep 3 nights in the house next to us and disturbed quiet evenings so that we had to go in early.
The location of the resort is very convenient. At the beach and necessary shops.
On arrival we had to wait. Was there before 2pm and had to wait until almost 2:30 pm before we could enter. Furniture is old and battered. Beds not comfortable. However, bedding was clean.
Although on arrival there was a mix up with single/double bed, this was rectified and they made sure we were happy. Will visit again.
Just a shame that Beach Bobby's is closed.
The friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever experienced. Everyone treats you with respect. All that was needed was walking distance. Will definitely book there again.
The accommodation was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely book for next year, the weather however wasn't that great, but we could not fault the accommodation. We will definitely let our family and friends know about this destination.
