Might appreciate some loose mats if it rains. Maybe a few more glasses of soda.
The cottage is located in a very peaceful area, a stone's throw from the sea. There is an enclosed backyard, with braai facilities and ample parking. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms and living room are spacious. There is even enough space for a small dog to run around. We had a very nice stay here. Thank you very much Linkie.

A bit far from the beach, especially for the fisherman. We had to drive down with our kit - the only real drawback.
We had a great stay at Port Natal Road and although there was a misunderstanding with the unit where we were to stay, the friendly hostess, Lienkie, sorted it out very quickly. Negative: The kitchen cupboards are just very cluttered and there were only 3 different drinking glasses. The bed in the master bedroom sleeps very hard. Positive: The unit and yard are dog friendly with tile and the back yard is fenced. We could have a nice walk with the dogs, only in the residential area, since we couldn't go on the beach with them at all, because everything is ATKV and no dogs are allowed in these areas.
Rooms were equipped, kitchen had the necessary equipment, covered parking for car was also a plus.
House is tidy and located in a very quiet area.
The owner of the house was so humble when I called her for keys, she was so friendly and the house had everything. We felt that we moved from our house to our holiday home. I will come again next year.

The cottage is fairly well equipped, except that I found it necessary to provide some serving spoon and a glass bowl. I fully understand that all people do not have the same ways of preparing and serving food and love to use the microwave for which there were no suitable containers. The spoons provided for food preparation are dull and ineffective. The street light illuminating the two rooms brightly at night is disturbing. For the rest, I really can only testify to a positive experience and friendly service.
We were excited to have found affordable, pet friendly accommodation in Hartenbos, a town we love dearly. The place is close to other little towns and we don't have to sit in constant traffic. The accommodation was clean, completely fenced and perfect for our dogs. We had safe parking behind the gate. We felt safe. Unfortunately the garden services disturbed us the first day and we had to leave the house keys with them. The neighbours' house alarm went off the whole weekend. I would've liked a bit of personal touch like emergency numbers etc. to make us feel welcome. Maybe need some new towels, linen and kitchen ware. The oven trips the electricity. Cute place, glad it's pet friendly. Just need some personal details.
Close to everything, yet far enough for the tranquillity.
Would definitely stay there again.
