7 guests' feedbackPortico 405 is well positioned on the Blouberg beachfront. It is in close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops. It is fully equipped for laundry, cooking, and even has a dishwasher. Additionally, it has a shower and a bath, as well as a Weber on the balcony for braai. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it. It also has good security, with underground allocated parking for your car.
The agent was amazing, the apartment was beyond beautiful and clean with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfy, I would live there if I could. Will definitely never stay anywhere else.
Very nice view and apartment is spacious with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Many extras, e.g. dishwasher and good WiFi.

We had an amazing time at Portico! The property manager was very helpful and always available. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to take in the spectacular view of Table Mountain. Our 8-year-old daughter really enjoyed the TV. We will definitely book another stay at Portico when we return to South Africa.
