Beautiful quiet unit with the most beautiful sea view from bedroom and balcony, value for money. The sound of the waves was awesome! The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated and the unit has everything you need. Emile made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. It is highly recommendable. We will book there again anytime in the future.

I'm a very difficult person to be impressed by anything but this time around I was really impressed. Everything was well organised from getting the keys, the apartment was clean, and the owner made sure we were comfortable. I feel the pictures don't do much justice. The view is spectacular to die for. If ever I'm going to Cape Town with my family again, I'll definitely book this apartment.
I had an amazing time, I felt safe as I was traveling with my twin girls. I loved the view of the beach from my bedroom window. The restaurants are close by. I could order using the Uber app and the Checkers app. I also used Uber for my rides.

The area and apartment made us feel safe. Everything worked nicely with a nice coffee place right under Portico which was cozy. The traffic was not too busy during our visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at Portico 801. Even if there was loadshedding, it didn't affect us at all, because there is an inverter that made sure we had the necessary power all the time. The apartment has a beautiful view of the coastline and Table Mountain and is close to everything one needs. The apartment has everything from TVs with full DStv, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Emile was very helpful and we lacked for nothing! Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

We liked the view, the cool breeze at night, secure location, restaurant's steps away, and some loadshedding protection. Emile communicated well and was helpful and friendly. We didn't like the wind and rattling doors, horrendous morning traffic, and not knowing that the kitchen appliances didn't work during loadshedding. The second cleaning was excellent. There was a funky smell when we moved in which lingered until the second cleaning a week later.
The accommodation was beautiful and clean with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. We really enjoyed the balcony with views over the ocean and stunning sunsets. The unit offered secure and safe access and parking. The host was readily available if needed. We appreciated the inverter system when loadshedding struck too.

The view is beautiful and the location is wonderfully close to several nice restaurants. Emile the owner was very accommodating and friendly. Not enough clean linen and towels, they locked it up! The facilities (dishwasher, laundry and BBQ) was fantastic! The location is unbeatable! The views are breathtaking, saw dolphins in the morning! Little detail like dirty windows, bathtub and kitchen cupboards. Would stay there again tough.

Emile is a great host with a magnificent apartment. The apartment has a very good location and is equipped with everything you need, especially if you have 2 toddlers. Maybe just make sure if the cleaning fee is included afterwards or not. We had to pay R500 afterwards. Besides that everything was perfect!
