Best service and best rooms.
It felt like home away from home, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Our stay was so nice and staff go out of their way to make you comfortable.
On arrival, the reception staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming. We never ate at the restaurant, as breakfast would have cost us R200 pp, which I believe is exorbitant. I assumed breakfast was part of the deal, but was wrong. My mistake. We ate at other venues. There is a large, neat dining area, but only saw one or two couples eating during our stay. Something is clearly wrong with food pricing. The room was smaller than envisaged, but clean and functional. The shower outlet was blocked, so after two or three minutes, you end up standing in a cold puddle of shower water. No bath, just a relatively narrow shower.
Trying hard to be a 4x star hotel. No soap dish in shower. Thought booking was B&B but charged for b/fast. Not well signposted from road.
Very nice stay, the cleaning staff were very friendly. The reception staff was not so friendly when we checked in.

The customer service was excellent. Nothing was too much for the staff. Breakfast was good, just a pity the hotel doesn't do a light dinner, but the restaurants around the hotel all deliver, which is convenient if you get hungry. Bed slept amazing and was very comfortable. A bit of sprucing up (broken tiles on bedroom wall which is probably from bath leakage) and modernising of bathrooms would be nice, but everything worked. Also WiFi signal hardly worked downstairs on patio or in breakfast area as the router down there was broken. All in all good value for money and will definitely recommend.
Staff are very friendly and hospitable, make a lot of effort to make your stay unforgettable!
