Great location. Parking could be a challenge as there is only 1 small entrance for cars to park inside. No tv channels only you tube.
The stay was okay, but the level of noise the guests made was outrageous. They kept us awake till late at night and early in the morning.

The television did not work. We did complain, but they are still on their way to fix the problem. They only gave us the WiFi information on the last day. Other occupants were very loud and noisy, and we could not sleep.
Good day. I only slept 1 night. The place is dirty. There were cockroaches, and things preyed on me on the bed. I said that I canceled the other night and I expect my money back.

The accommodation is very nice and in a nice neighborhood, however, they could do better on their cleanliness.
My wife and I were, however, both disconcerted by a couple of factors. Firstly, we were not given a remote for the safety gate on our arrival which meant we had to wait every time to be let out. There was also a faulty night light in the passage which switched on and off throughout the night which affected our sleep! Was also concerned about the safety of our car when we had to park outside.

Not at all what their website advertises. Very untidy and disorganized. The help is very unfriendly. Access to premises was a problem, no gate key available.
Clean room received, except for the bunch of seashells we found in the cupboards. Mattress was rock hard - the two nights my family and I slept badly. No provision for load shedding. TV was also a problem, not once was in working condition. Kitchen also does not have all the necessities for self-catering, or it was not in working order. The shower was blocked when we finished showering, and you can't put your toiletries in the shower either. No place to put it - unsanitary. No prob for hand washing. Wifi speed excellent.
No, not a nice stay at all. Toilet kept running. No door to the toilet. Walls were dirty. No remote for help.
Total building and yard untidy with peeling and cracking walls. Door handles are loose and doors are stuck. General maintenance is not done. Rooms very small, fridge freezer was full of frozen red water, no mirror, trash can in bathroom. Loose mirror standing in room on floor which is safety risk. Dust under bed, bedside table had empty wine bottle in it. Poor ventilation and no place to sit and work. Room much smaller than pictured.
My room was dirty, fridge had someone else's food and cooldrink all over the fridge. I had to tell the receptionist to take it out and she told me someone asked her to keep that food, but why in a fridge that will be used by guests and why was the fridge dirty? No hot water for a shower. Worst experience.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. What was advertised was not what we got, and the receipt was not operational for 24/7.
Cleaning lady kept knocking on the door to say we were loud and it was not even 19h00 yet. Not very friendly, very unorganized. No safe parking spots. Don't like the idea of one kitchen for all the guests.
Pictures on the website must be old because it was just a disaster. It's filthy, our rooms were not cleaned during our stay. Our white towel was dirty and stained. No fresh towels. There's no dustbin in our rooms. There's not enough parking area. Some people's cars were parked outside because only 2 cars can park inside. We were told there was security but nothing! The beds are old and uncomfortable. The bedding is filthy and not up to guesthouse standards. Our stay was just terrible! The so-called manager didn't want to give us the remote for the gate. We literally had to force her to call the owner because she was refusing. The shower was dirty and had different hair types. The toilet seat was stained and had a purple colour. The basin leaks when you open the tap. There's a sign not to smoke in rooms. Our room has a cigarette smell even when the window is open. The manager is not friendly and professional.

We as a couple really enjoyed our relaxed and breathtaking stay. I would recommend it to a couple or individuals that are looking for true relaxation. Thanka a lot guys for your awesome service and sharing your beautiful place.

The kitchen has to be shared by all the guests and is not very well equipped.

Was a lovely overnight place. We had some loud neighbours but they were put out by the owners of the place I'm really pleased with that. The shower however was not convenient, I could shower properly because that tap they have is just not nice, they should really change it. Furthermore we enjoyed our stay.
Problems with toilet. Problem with shower. Problem with safe parking. The area is not the safest as there are a lot of weird people walking around. When struggling to get in or out of the premises I did not feel safe. Pool was dirty.
The place is not too bad. The receptionist sleeps in the reception office. Access to and from the premises is difficult as you only have a key for your room door. The smell in my room from the toilet smelled like laundry that had been lying around for a long time. The receptionist had to fetch a mirror in her room when I wanted to shave. I'm just thinking that if it's supposed to rain and you get there and the receptionist is sleeping then you're drenched in rain.
Was no receptionist to welcome us to take us through our 4 day stay.
The bedroom was fine, but for the kitchen and backyard area, it's a no from me. There was basically no cutlery. We had to work with whatever there was. They gave one DStv channel that was playing snowy.
We were told that no noise was allowed. But still there was noise from certain guests and they made noise until 5 o'clock the next morning which is unfair to us. We didn't sleep at all that night.
An amazing place to relax.
Fiona did not feel safe and the place had a terrible smell. Value for money if you are working with a lower budget, with its own challenges.
You told me it was self-catering, without being funny, do you know what needs to be in place to meet the self-catering requirement? I've been sleeping in B&B since hotels went out of fashion, and this all over the RSA. If a farmer tells me sleep in my store then I know what I'm going to get, no promises of how good it is. That place is for contract workers, it's time you know what the place looks like, that's why I always want to do my own booking because then I know what I'm going to get. I have now booked twice through you, as it was the first and last time.
