Nice old-fashioned type of hotel with friendly staff. Nice view of the sea. The rooms are a bit small and do not have a fridge. It makes a difference if you want to stay a little longer.
Booked for my anniversary, did not even receive a complimentary drink (you guys need to learn from the industry leaders in the business). Was asked to pay the difference (the discount that was received) upon arrival. Stated that the amount was paid in full prior to arrival. Room was small, furniture dated. Did not have an adaptor to plug in the cellphone charger. Had to risk charging the phones in the bathroom. First morning we left the room at 10:00, returned at 22:30 to the room in the exact same condition that I left it in, despite displaying the "make up room" tag. The room was not serviced at all. The housekeeping attendant even stated that they would replace the towels and come to service the room in the morning. I requested another room and an hour later was put into another room. No apologies received, and no managers' communication about the incident as promised the evening prior. Put into the second room, and the bathtub does not function. What a spoiler! Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller, and not like what was portrayed. Don't expect any amenities either, I did not bring polish and a shoe brush, and the hotel did not even have a shoe kit (again, learn from the hospitality experts). Could get much better at the same or lower rates. Extremely disappointed.

The staff was too nice and the rooms are so clean, I really enjoyed it there.
Everything was fine and right. We had a little trouble carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs where the car was parked under the hotel to the lift. I don't remember anyone offering help.
We had a minor complaint, which was resolved immediately. Good clean bed, enough space. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there, we will definitely go again.

We had a great time at the Premier Hotel. The service had been excellent. The room's view of the sea was something special. Two suggestions to them or slightly worse experiences. My vehicle had to park outside in the street one night because they didn't have enough covered parking. The TV channels are also very few to choose from and not really anything we wanted to watch.
Standard rooms are very dark and small. Almost no TV channels. Air conditioning, under building parking. Neat and clean.
Enjoyed a wonderful Saturday night buffet dinner at the hotel and the breakfasts were also very, very good.

Parking was an issue. Busy side street and not safe to park vehicle in street so that was my big issue, basement parking can't be reserved either, very poor - have to park outside at night and then go find someone to find out if there is space, expect more vann 4 star place. Breakfast was included on the website and on arrival the hotel again said it was additional (Another R400 for 2 persons) so don't know who is to blame - website or Hotel?
Conference room was a bit noisy, maybe because so near to restaurant. Breakfast buffet was very very nice, as I am a breakfast person.
I'll be back for sure. Best service. Friendly staff. Silver clean.
