The hotel was nice and neat. The staff was very friendly and made our stay worthwhile.
Excellent service and value for money.
Lift from covered parking not working, we had to carry our own bags and first take the lift to the 4th floor at reception, From there walk through to the west wing and find the lift there and also search for the room.
Room 516: no towels left on Sunday. 17:00 reported to front desk and the promised to bring requested towels, nothing till checking out. No bathroom towels. Bad experiences about using our own facial washing cloths in the morning.
Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast very good and delicious. Location good. Staff at reception were very unfriendly and not at all helpful.
Everything in the hotel was perfect and beautiful. The service and breakfast were 5-star. Unfortunately, we chose the wrong time to stay over, because there was some conference next door.
I really enjoyed my stay there. It was clean and comfortable with great service. We enjoyed our time.
