113 guests' feedbackNice and tidy room, no problem to come in at 03:30 in the morning. (Remember to pre-arrange, folks. Keep the service providers in mind if you can't make the official check-in times). Breakfast is available for those who get up on time and are interested. I wasn't up on time. The place is located in a quiet part of Bloemfontein, good for a good night's rest.

Room was cosy and comfortable.
The room was clean and comfortable, but the room itself was difficult to locate on the property. I also really struggled to find the guest house despite using the map and search feature in my car, so I arrived very stressed. I also struggled to find my way back to the N1 the next morning. The people in the next room were noisy and were talking and laughing so loudly I could hear them through the wall. They made a noise until about midnight.
The place is clean and quiet, able to relax after a long trip. Had a peaceful night.
This place is beautiful and had a great time. The breakfast was fabulous.

Double bed was very nice and had a soft mattress, which made sleeping feel uncomfortable. Shower is also quite nice. Sink was clogged. Breakfast was very tasty, but would have liked cheese with eggs. Vehicle parking was secure. Unit performs well.
We have arrived, thanks to Anné-Lize. He warmly welcomed us and showed us everything. But the rooms were dirty. The one duvet probably still had a woman's make-up on it from the previous person who slept there, this immediately put my wife off. There was a large bug smacked to death on the wall and it was never cleaned. I sprayed my son's room with Raid, just lice everywhere you look. The Openview TV and the WiFi worked well. The one fridge makes funny noises, I turned it off because I couldn't sleep.
The rooms were incredibly dirty! Old food under the beds. The couch was so filthy I can't believe it's still in place at all! The walls are moldy and cracked. In the bathroom, the roof's paint is falling off in large pieces. The cupboard doors hang askew because they are broken. Oh no, we are bitterly disappointed and feel that we should get our money back! It really is the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in!
Only negative aspect is that bathroom is cramped.

The room was very nice there are only two things I would add, a microwave oven and milk in the fridge for the morning coffee. Other than that, it was perfect for me and my family. Thank you very much.
The bad part of our stay was the noise from other guests until after midnight and an exchange of words between a couple in the room next to us, which upset our children a lot.
Reception well. Housekeeping can improve.
Clean bedding and room was tidy. Only 1 large bath towel for 2 adults. Man at reception is extremely unprofessional. Keep telling how previous guests have complained. Breakfast was cold and very poorly served.

This is my 3rd time booking, I never had a complaints, but this time I was disappointed with breakfast,eggs has water and bacon was hard, we could not chew it.
Martin was friendly. The guesthouse was comfortable and neat with a good breakfast.

Our experience at the Premiere Guest House was one of the better establishments that we have been to. All arrangements made by management were attentive, accommodating and all was done to our liking. I am certain that my next trip up to Bloemfontein will most definitely be a stop over at the Premiere Guest House. Security was very good and vehicle parking was behind steel sliding remote controlled gates. An access code was given before arrival and worked 1st time for access passed the steel driveway gate. The furnishings were tasteful, beds very comfortable and WiFi plus TV and all that one needs. It even had a lounge/dinning room with a separate bedroom for our adult son next to our own with its own TV.
Nice place and Martin was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book there again.
The room has everything needed for a night's stay. However, it is a little too small to really stay nice. Everything is very neat and the room is very well appointed. It's just missing space. Thank you so much for a wonderful night's rest. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend people there.
I had a lovely stay at Premiere Guest house, service was great, will definitely recommend to anyone.
The place is nice and clean, however the reception gentlemen was not friendly at all, he gave me an attitude the minute we walked in. There is a step from the dining room to the bedroom, there should be a sign put up to prevent people from tripping. Other than this, I will want to go back.

Please give attention to the following: Cracked floor tiles in main room, bathroom blinds damaged and shower holder (for shampoo etc.) rusted and damaged.
Electric blankets are recommended for future guests especially in winter.
I paid in advance for 3 nights stay but left the place after 2 nights. The breakfast is poor and unhealthy and the same every morning. The environment is filthy and a disgrace. The photo on the website is completely misleading and the place does not deserve any stars.
Would recommend any one. Martin is amazing, it's peaceful and fantastic, would visit Premiere Guest House again anytime. It's definitely value for money.
Very good value for the money you pay. We got more than we bargained for. Clean, tidy, peaceful and recommended for the person/persons who don't want to pay an arm and a leg just to sleep over.
Reception was very good and room 1 was very neat. The bed was firm, very soft and sagged slightly towards the middle. We had a hard time sleeping. The small fridge makes a lot of noise and I had to turn it off so we could fall asleep.

I enjoyed my stay. Just slept there and left early so couldn't experience the breakfast. It would've been nice to have rusks with my coffee in the morning. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

When I saw the surroundings I was a bit sceptical as the municipal services seem to be minimal, waste black bags lay in the streets for days, however, the experience in the Band B was phenomenal and comfortable.

The receptionist was very helpful and understanding as I had to arrange to have breakfast there with my daughter who was not booked there and I just paid for that. I had asked for a double bed and I even asked when I checked in if it was a double bed and was told yes it was. When I got to bed at night it was two single beds put together and just having a double size duvet on top. So the two beds would separate when one moves across. Was too tired to go and complain about that so I just slept.
Was pleasantly surprised with the tidy rooms, but unfortunately the person on duty, after he asked us three times if we'd like to have breakfast the next morning and we said yes each time, and confirmed the time, no one showed up the next morning to serve us breakfast. Contacted him, but he didn't answer his phone or returned the call. Sorry, won't overnight there again.
The brown bedding is ugly and not neat.
Although we had already paid our accommodation, we had to find and pay other accommodation that night. The shower floor was very grimy and a smell in the room set off my sisters asthma and her chest closed immediately. For health reasons we left immediately.

Premiere Guest House is definitely worth it whether, alone, with companion or children. It's a clean, spacious guest house with friendly and helpful staff. It's easily accessible and in a quiet environment and it's within walking distance of the business district. The complimentary breakfast was truly an asset.

Spacious and clean accommodation for 4 adults. Management was friendly and helpful and even helped us out with freezer space. Breakfast times are really rigid, that's my only complaint. Will stay here again though - ideal half-way stop on the N1.
Looked for accommodation in Kimberley close to the Mediclinic.
I felt very welcome, after a long day on the road I could enjoy a nice hot shower in a very neat clean bathroom and I slept just as well! It's great for a business trip or an in-and-out stay. The breakfast was also very nicely prepared. I don't think it's the right place for a family and maybe not to sleep more than 2/3 nights.

You will attract many more guests if weekly rates are a little cheaper or if you stay longer than 1 day. Very quiet and peaceful, although not in a prominent neighborhood. The Mall and Spur are basically just around the corner and that's definitely a plus.
The room was clean and tidy, the shower nice and warm. The mosquitoes bothered us, but the host provided the necessary poison. The breakfast was disappointing: we expected more than 2 slices of toast, scrambled eggs and cheap sausage.

She followed up on my request. I was accompanied by my 80 year old mother who had a hip repalcement 3 weeks ago and the room was accessible and spacious enough.
The purpose of the reservation was for a place to stay close to the highway. The room was clean and we were kindly welcomed. The quality justifies the guest house's rating. What I did not like is that the reception and the breakfast room are one room and are cramped.
It is suitable for a one night stay, not for longer.
The room was nice and comfortable but the person at reception did not make a good impression. The breakfast was not bad but the sugar, ketchup, muesli and milk were over.
Service could be better and breakfast could have more choices, otherwise the facilities were very good.

It was not a good experience. The beds appear on the surface to be a king size bed. It's actually just 2 single beds pushed against each other. The person who runs the guest house was located in the room just next to my room. There were cigarette holders with stubs that had clearly not been cleaned for days or weeks. The smell of old cigarettes dominated the air in front of my room and it was not pleasant.
Will definitely recommend you guys. It's a home away from home. Thank you Martin for your kindness and prompt service. You really made us feel at home. Miss your chats and nice fruit salad. Good luck going forward and will see you again when we are in Bloemfontein.
