19 guests' feedbackThe stay was amazing. Kids could play ball and swim until what time. Area very quiet and centrally located, 15 minutes from the mall.
The house was so cosy and homely. The kids had an awesome time in the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely book this house again.
The house had enough space, and sufficient bedrooms for a large group of people.
There's no tupperware in the house if you are taking children with.

Stay was good. However, the jacuzzi did not heat up, and the water level kept dropping. We took the house because of the jacuzzi.
Most beautiful house inside and out, reception was good. The lady who received us was beautiful and at least we could log in about loadshedding times, which just upset me that on Sunday morning she just came into the house and started to check if everything was okay without asking. The pool + jacuzzi is really a plus point. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend this house.
Stay was awesome. Great place. I liked the openness of the property and there is a lot of space. Two issues: the fireplace's chimney is not secure, so it makes a lot of smoke in the house. Only hot water comes out of the shower in the en suite upstairs.
It was bad because of the electric issue, all our food went off and it went to waste.
The jacuzzi never got hot. No hot water in the en-suite shower and sink. And there is no common toilet on the ground floor. Except in the room, very inconvenient.

The facility manager was very friendly and helpful. Very nice, peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.
The place is safe, only disappointed that the DStv didn't work and rooms couldn't lock, but otherwise it's a nice place.
There are no sharp knives. Butter knives only. No knives to at least eat your steak. Glasses were also too few for the amount of people you advertise for. We should have gone to buy glasses. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful, but "check out" time is 10:00 and he was there for 8 hours to get the key. Otherwise it was very nice. Regards, Erica.
Everything was up to standard and photos did not disappoint. There were no seating in the entertainment area as pics showed but caretaker was quick to oblige after I contacted him. The weather was fabulous and swimming pool immaculate. Will definitely be coming back again.
Only negative feedback is that the sofas and chairs are not up to standard - they need a good cleaning. It doesn't look good.
