Beautiful surroundings that are ideal for people who love the outdoors, especially walking and cycling. Old world feel.
We stayed in one of the attic rooms. Your own private entrance and a beautiful view of the Black Mountains. Location is excellent in the center of town with everything within walking distance. Wonderful restaurants surrounding and hostess, Colleen, very helpful in helping with reservations. Room is tastefully furnished with small fridges and even a safe to store valuables. Even if breakfast is not included, it is still worth eating there. Chef William's cooking skills and Colleen's fresh fruit and granola are something to experience. This accommodation is highly recommended for a lovely weekend getaway in the Karoo.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were excellent, loved the personal touches with homemade lemonade being served on arrival, we were made to feel extremely welcome and at home. Rooms were extremely comfortable. Will definitely return again soon. We could definitely have stayed longer.
The beautiful, neat Karoo house was perfect for our getaway in Prince Albert. There was everything we needed and it's walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We will definitely book the house again. Highlights of the house are its 3 verandas, fireplace, braai area and swimming pool.
Nice central location from where Prince Albert can be explored. Beautiful place with good service and delicious breakfast. Recommend it to anyone visiting those regions.

What a beautiful guesthouse and garden. The room and facilities are excellent, with a beautiful, peaceful garden where you can relax and visit. Rippling water creates a peaceful atmosphere and the breakfast is delicious and a little different from the usual. Fresh spring flowers welcomed us into the room. Here you feel wonderfully spoiled!

We arrived in the afternoon and there was no parking available.

Prince Albert is a jewel in the dry Karoo. The people are friendly, you feel safe there. There is water running down the main street in a furrow. The buildings on the main street are lovely. The hotel makes delicious meals. Prince Albert Country Stay is one of those places where you feel at home. Colleen made dinner reservations for us at Camilla's. It was wonderful. We could walk there and back. The rooms and living areas are clean and full of character. There are electric blankets on the beds, very nice, because it was cold outside. Also a fireplace fire for which wood was provided, which created a lovely atmosphere. I would love to go and stay there.

Stylishly renovated cottage attached to owner's home. Very comfortable and nice little braai place. Our first choice would have been the main building with breakfast and beautiful garden. Hence the 4 stars for location. But it doesn't detract from the hospitality and professional way in which this guest house is managed. More than wold class!

This place is top class! Everything was perfect. The hospitality made us feel welcomed and at home. We stayed in Lady Chatterly, a stylish decorated room. Everything was perfect in the room and we enjoyed the white gowns. What a treat!
We really enjoyed our visit and were so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful room and hospitality. Especially the fact that we were contacted in advance to see if the guest house could book us a place for dinner (which we hadn't thought of and only realized the necessity of when we arrived in a packed Prince Albert due to the olive festival ) testify that Prince Albert Country Stay has their guests' interests at heart.
