The deck chairs are perfect for lying down and reading with a nice view and a glass of wine. The sunsets were especially special. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a weekend away. The bed was very comfortable and the studio was very neat and clean.
A fantastic stay in a quiet, private, beautiful location. Amazing view and friendly service. Will definitely be back.

I spent a weekend in the glorious tranquility of Pringle Bay and what an excellent choice to stay at the Greek-style Pringle Bay Beach Villa. The villa is located in a quiet corner of the town with beautiful mountain and sea views. The open-plan apartment is completely private on the lower wing, accessed by a set of external stairs downstairs. It is beautifully furnished with lovely matching decor - and super tidy. Add two more TV sets with Netflix, a colossal sunny patio with comfortable reclining chairs and a particularly friendly host. Highly recommended. Will definitely return when the opportunity arises.

Johan was very friendly and helpful. The view over the sea is beautiful, nice to be able to hear the sea in the evenings. It can only get hot with the afternoon sun, so a fan should be placed in the room. We have no complaints and will definitely stay there again.
From the moment we arrived, Johan immediately made us feel at home. Moreover, when we walked into the unit, our breaths were taken away by the beauty of the place. We immediately got the feeling of "I want to stay here". The unit is very nice clean and tidy and very nicely decorated. Lovely big bed. The sofa across the glass doors made it convenient to experience the lovely view even from inside. The view of the sea and the sunsets contributed to the tranquility of 'WarieSeeSing'. We will definitely stay there again.
What a tranquil little gem in Pringle Bay. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler who wants to get out of the city for some rest or even remote working. Fully equipped to just arrive with a packed bag, with lovely restaurants close by. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the studio offers sea views from the bed, the kitchen, and the desk - which I really enjoyed. Mark and Johan were very kind hosts and allowed me to check in earlier than normal. I will definitely be back!
Our stay was really amazing! Johan was so welcoming and really made us feel comfortable. Mark was also very friendly and helpful. The house is stunning and the views are amazing! We could watch the whales from our room. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Extra blankets were provided as well! The WiFi, bedside lights, and TVs were all working during load shedding, which was great. Overall, we would highly recommend this location! It's truly a place to relax and enjoy the peaceful calm sounds of the waves!

Situated in a great spot, it's peaceful and quiet with a lovely view of the coastline. The room is fully kitted out with everything we needed as well as an inverter.
Despite one day of wet, cold and windy weather we spent a lovely long weekend in WarieSeeSing. The unit is tasteful and very well equipped. The queen size bed is very comfortable and has an electric blanket to help against the worst of the cold. Johan and Mark are excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful and respected our privacy.
The fireplace was a great hit as we were without electricity and WIFI for 36 hours. The cold front storm hit the area quite hard. The owners provided a gas stove and an extra 20kg of wood so that we could be self-sufficient. The view from the bedroom is spectacular.
Absolutely faultless. Furnishings, finishes and appliances are of the highest quality. The hosts are fantastic. Will visit again.

Pringle Bay Beach House was absolutely fantastic. The view was perfect. The owner was very friendly. The place exceeded my highest expectations. Next to the sea with incredible views, just the right getaway place. We will definitely go again.
The house is perfectly situated for a walk to the beach and river/lagoon. We had two very good days weather-wise and could make full use of swimming in the river and dipping in the sea. Very nice to come back and make use of the nice balcony, stoep area to have your lunch or supper. The owner of the house, Mila was a lovely host.
We didn't have the best weather, so unfortunately we couldn't visit the beach and hiking trails. The apartment is of average quality and was adequate for our visit. Thank you.

Mila was a wonderful hostess and the studio flat was perfect for our needs - spacious, light and airy. The bed was super-comfortable, the shower was hot and the water pressure strong, the braai patio was sheltered from a howling south easter, the view across False Bay is stunning, we enjoyed the natural vegetation and birds, and we did some lovely walks. Don't expect luxuries like fancy toiletries or a TV, but there is a plunger for decent coffee and excellent wifi. Definitely on our list of places to return to!
