The loft room has a queen size bed and a seating area with great sea views and an en-suite bathroom. The second loft area is a study area that is fitted with a writing desk and chair. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and a combined scullery and laundry.
The living area of the house is an open plan, double-volume space with brick walls and exposed trusses. This space includes a relaxing lounge with an open wood-burning fireplace and an 8-seater dining room table. The outdoor veranda extends onto a grass patch and the protected natural fynbos garden bordering the ocean.
Guests have access to secure parking and Wi-Fi.
The house is within walking distance of the beach and town centre and 2 mountain bikes are available to guests.The lovely village town centre offers a deli, gift shop, grocery store and quaint restaurants in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The house is surrounded by nature with a beautiful beach and a seaside hiking path. Attractions in the area include; The Herold Porter Botanical Garden, Hemel en Aarde wine route and world class spa facilities and restaurants.

7 guests' feedbackMy wife and I spent 3 months from early January to early April 2024 at Pringle Bay Home for the winter. It is an exceptional, amazing house and location. The house is clean, modern, fully equipped, and there is nothing we have missed during our 3-month stay. The view from the house is spectacular, overlooking False Bay and Table Mountain. The owner is extremely helpful, easy to reach, and always prompt in his response to any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and have already booked again for approximately 3 months in 2025.
Everything was as expected. Really enjoyed and would stay there again.
We spent hours on the veranda with its beautiful sea and mountain view, and had a great barbecue and chat. I would recommend this peaceful spot anytime for a nice recharge weekend.
We had a lovely long weekend at the beautiful place. The interior decoration is exceptional and there is everything you need to break away from your routine, and just rest. The sea view is more beautiful than in the photos and you can have a nice private visit on the stoep. We will definitely return again and again!
What an amazing surprise when we arrived at Pringle Bay Home. Apart from the breathtaking view, what a pleasure that the owners are willing to share such a beautiful place with others. Inside, the house is decorated with so much taste and it was just "awesome" to experience it. For nature lovers an absolute must to visit. It's beautiful, luxurious and quiet so that one can find restoration for mind, soul and body. Just simply fantastic that people are willing to share such a paradise with guests. It was our nicest and most beautiful stay in the Overberg and we have been visiting the area for more than ten years. I will be able to recommend the place to future guests in every way at any time!
Beautiful house, fully equipped, most beautiful wall hangings and there is a fireplace (which unfortunately causes some smoke in the upstairs room). I asked the owner to put more blankets out, the upstairs room was very cold. Lovely view over and by the sea. Nice home just to chill and relax. Owner / agent could just make a plan to remove the refuse afterwards - I do not think it should be expected of the person paying to stay there to drive it to the refuse bin. Furthermore, I have no complaints and will definitely return to the house.
Photos cannot capture the full beauty of Pringle Bay Home. I've traveled accross the world, but there are just something special here.

You would require your own transportation or you can book in advance with Jacques for any additional travel services(including airport pickup and dropoff). 2 mountain bikes are available to guests for exploring the local area. Please speak to Alheit to organise any personalised shuttled tours for Golf tours or to the specialised spas treatments and the wine tasting in Winelands etc.The house with all rooms available to guests, with the exception of a small private store room.
