Great place, clean and stunning views.
Very nice stay. Parking (n) challenge.
Found a few cockroaches in the main bathroom and bedroom, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay so very much.
What an experience, the place is incredibly beautiful, my family and I enjoyed it very much. The photos really don't do the place "justice". The view with the sunrise is amazing! I am really going to try to return every year.

The place was comfortable and clean, close to shops and the beach. The only problem was the frequency with water cuts.
The apartment and view were very good. It's just the location that was awkward. The silence and difficulty in getting to the braai place, because a braai is not allowed on the stoep. But otherwise everything was very nice and acceptable.
It was pleasant except that there are so many stairs, the braai facilities do not have grills. You have to take your own with you and it is quite difficult to go up and down the stairs to get to the beach.
View of lagoon and sea is beautiful. Birds and badgers nice to see and hear. Place is very nice and big for family. Really enjoyed Providence 40 and will definitely check in there again.
The place has a lot of stairs and the parking lot doesn't have a roof on it, but that's all that wasn't ok.
The view is beautiful and the apartment is very tidy. There are lots of stairs! Parking not great, BMW damaged on the way to the lower blocks of flats! Permanent residents can be more lenient out of season, there was hardly anyone there for the two weeks we were booked in, they were belligerent when we drove down to unload, with both vehicles. BMW, our 2nd vehicle had to park at the pool as arranged, despite there being almost no holidaymakers. Didn't feel safe at all because the gates were open a few times during the day and night due to loadshedding, had a lot of trouble with remotes at the time of loadshedding to get back into the apartment block. Gas grill's flame was very small, we couldn't grill well. Lights did not work in front of our apartment which made it very dark during the day and night. Cell phone reception not good at all. The Blue Lagoon Restaurant has no way you can pay with a card if there is loadshedding, we also couldn't withdraw cash from ATMs at all, we had to wait from 21:00 to 22:00 to pay due to loadshedding. Also had no cell phone reception trying to do EFT. Despite everything, it was a nice break to the sea.

The unit offers everything one needs with a beautiful view of Ramsgate's beach. The parking is just a challenge.
We were surprised with Providence 40! This is a very nice unit and we had a wonderful holiday.

Just mention some of the sets of stairs and I think they can make a plan at the shower, the angle is sharp and the space is tight. Many ankles bumped blue.
All that was a pity, it is said that there are braai facilities at the apartment's balcony, but after we had meat, braai bread etc. ready for our barbecue, the gas bottle is empty. No gas. Called contact person and didn't get gas until the next late afternoon. Took a vacation to not be able to grill. Otherwise a really lovely place. Oh yes, if you have difficulty climbing stairs unit is not suitable. But lovely view.
Water drips from the light of the bathroom with shower, as well as down the door frame, so we couldn't use the second bathroom at all without the power tripping, and the toilet handle didn't work either. Was reported and not fixed. The turnstile to the beach is also no longer there for a long time, because of break-ins they destroyed the gate. The sofas in the living room are very nice but need cleaning, they have a sour smell.
Will definitely go back. Friendly helpful and any issues the owner is always available.
We had to pay R980 to receive a clean unit, but everything but what we received. The dishes were dirty and the dish grill was so sticky with dirt that you were too disgusted to use it. The bathroom light is full of dripping water and the caretaker ignored our request. I haven't even received my refundable deposit after two weeks.
The place is very beautiful and cosy, with a beautiful view.
Good value for money, plenty of everything one needs with a peaceful atmosphere.
Service was good, when our boiler didn't work they brought a new one. You just have to make sure the DStv is not suitable for explorer. The front door opens with difficulty. Other than that, everything was very nice and I will visit again.
Please state the stairs on the ad. I had a hip replacement and had a lot of trouble with the many stairs, but really enjoyed the stay..view great.. flat was clean to the eye, until my glasses fell and slid under the bed. Under beds and when sitting in the living room you can clearly see the dust under the sofas, months of dust.

It is very safe and especially popular among the children is the swimming pool and climbing frame. Recommend Providence anytime.
We found the unit very conveniently situated close to all amenities and well equipped.
Very good value for money. Clean. Calm atmosphere. Large balcony with beautiful view. If you don't mind not staying directly on the beach, this is the place for you.
I would recommend this place, nowhere have I seen a place that is so clean and has everything you need so you don't need to spend extra money.
Affordable, neat, safe and very centrally located.
The apartment is very nice, comfortable. Modern, good quality furniture and beds. Clean linen, good crockery and NO cockroaches!! The whole building is well maintained and gardens are lovely. Good value for money. The owner is hands-on with als. He makes sure that you are satisfied and makes an effort if there is a problem.
It is a neat place, very spacious that includes everything you need, and its near an excellent beach, had a wonderful time, thanks.
