The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, and has a study desk and chair. Each bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchen has smooth granite countertops and contains a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, crockery and cooking utensils. The adjacent living area features a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix connection and a DVD player; free fibre Wi-Fi Internet access is available. There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and cooling fans available to guests as well for comfort.
Glass patio doors in the lounge and both the bedrooms, lead onto the private wraparound balcony which has a cute 2-seater table, which is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink whilst taking in the sights and sounds of the fabulous city lifestyle.
Secure undercover parking is available, with 24-hour security, and gym and an elevator inside the building. House rules
A standard key and breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00.
