It was a wonderful experience. Century City is a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, and the check-in and check-out was successful.
The area is clean and safe and beautiful.
Located next to a restaurant which is great, however, no privacy if you want to sit out on the balcony.
Was still busy with maintenance in the apartment after arrival time. The lady that received us, didn't know where the stairs were for when the lift was down (loadshedding). Cleaning services did not pitch (opted in to pay the extra fee for this), claiming that this was meant for cleaning when we departed!
The apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, the only problem was the tumble dryer which is very noisy.
We had a great stay - next door is a gem of an eatery @Brick Lane Eatery which made it very convenient. However, the neighbors soured it on Saturday night by being rowdy with noise, shouting and loud music until the morning when their Hi-Fi finally gave up. Management did nothing about it and expected us to go to security to request that they be silenced. The people were making noise on the porches and it would have given off unnecessary confrontation.
Beautifully furnished - value for money!

House rules
A standard key & breakage deposit is due before or at check-in. The holding amount depends on the length of stay and the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.The holding deposit is completed through a secure link with a credit card. This is merely a hold on the amount and released within 14 days after checkout if no claims were reported. If no credit card is available for the holding deposit, the deposit is payable via EFT but needs to bank and reflect in our account before arrival. We will then request a bank confirmation letter to process the refund back to the guest's account.
If none of the two options above was actioned a refundable cash/debit card payment must be made before check-in can be completed and there would be a min fee of R150 applicable for the processing of the refund back to your account. No cash refunds will be allowed.
No keys will be handed over without the above.
A late check-in fee is applicable for check-in after 18:00
