Situated close to the main house, the cottage is private and offers lovely views of the surrounds. It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a loft room with a single bed and extra mattress, and an en-suite bathroom. All linen and an electric blanket is provided during the winter months
The cottage also offers an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine while the lounge has a fireplace. The kitchen is stocked with basic items such as spices, oil, tea and coffee. Please note the unit does not have a TV, but does have WiFi and a TV monitor.
Outside, guests have access to braai facilities as well as parking under the trees. The farm itself offers a variety of walking trails that guests can explore.

The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and the cottage felt like a peaceful home away from home. Our privacy was respected and we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
Pleasant stay with my husband and son (14). Plenty of firewood provided for free and very friendly hosts. Was there in September. Would be lovely in summer especially. There are good mountain bike trails on surrounding farms and in the area.

We had a wonderful time in front of the fireplace in the cottage. The cottage is very well and neatly equipped. We were received very kindly and the environment is indeed food for the soul.

Paul and Anniza made us feel very much at home. The most beautiful protea bouquets that were in the Cottage made us feel very special. Piket-boberg is truly beautiful. We will definitely visit again.
It was a lovely visit at Paul and Anniza's Quince Cottage! What a beautiful little house with absolutely everything one could need. It's clean, tidy and furnished with care and detail. Paul and Anniza make you feel so welcome on their farm. The silence and open space give one's soul a chance to breathe. Nice place to walk among the fynbos. What a privilege to be able to visit there.
Anniza came to meet in person and had a nice chat. A truly beautiful farm with fully equipped stone house offers peaceful accommodation. Would recommend for a lovely break. Just bring your clothes, food and drink and of course binoculars and camera, because there are birds and goats. Indoor fireplace as well as outdoor barbecue with enough wood. Will definitely visit again!
Environment is very peaceful and house is neat and well equipped. The silence and natural beauty are special.
Great place, but the staircase without a banister is a bit dangerous if you taking young children.
