Noise and Rest was just what we needed to rest. The place is beautiful, very quiet and private. Marthie was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again to rest. The boma was a big plus.
Very, this is one of the nicest, most peaceful places we could rest. There is nothing as good as sleeping peacefully. The fresh air is breathtaking. The place to stay is beautiful. Martie was very helpful and friendly. Always helped where she could and more. Nice and private. Will definitely tell everyone about this place as well as visit again.
Raas en Rus Game Farm was exactly what we wanted: a gorgeous, quiet spot in the middle of nature with all the amenities needed and no distractions from relaxing. We enjoyed the deck, the swimming pool and boma and had a great time reading, playing games, watching wildlife and even occasionally watching TV.
We have never had so much peace and quietness from a vacation. The family was extremely nice and Marthie was the best host ever. I'm definitely going back. Thank you so much.
Accomodation is basic. Bushveld was quite and peaceful as expected. The buck are skittish and scarce. We enjoyed our stay.
Most enjoyable weekend with wonderful peace and quiet, loads of wildlife to view.
The house offers everything we needed. The farm is peaceful and you have exclusive rights to the piece of land, where you can drive around and watch animals. Only nyalas came to the house to drink and eat (hoped more game would come home, for the children), but on our 2 driving trips we saw impalas, kudus, zebras, wildebeest, nyalas and a giraffe. Marthie they immediately helped with every request and are very friendly and helpful. We will go again for sure!
Raas en Rus is well equipped with everything you will need, take your food and drinks with you and go enjoy the piece of woodland.

If you want to be quiet and not see other people or groups this is the place to go. Very nice woodland experience no vehicles or other noise just nature.
At Raas en Rus you can truly experience peace while the woodland with all the birds and animals come to visit you at the log house. Something that was particularly special was that the bird life can be experienced day and night. The owners are very friendly and hospitable and when you walk in you immediately feel like part of the family.
The house is well equipped with everything you need for "off-the-grid" relaxation in the bush. Service is great and environment is safe. Definitely a must for nature lovers who long for peace and quiet away from society. We as a family enjoyed a week of relaxation.

R500.00 refundable key deposit must also be included in the Final payment. Deposit is refundable 24 hours after departure and all inventory has been checked. There will be a R200.00 penalty for cleaning of cutlery should it be left unwashed when departing.
