Raaswater / Annemarie is amazing! Very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and living area. Very well located and we will go again next year! .
Everything was neat and clean and there was good quality bedding so we could sleep soundly. The hostess, Annemarie made sure we had everything we needed, even for 'loadshedding' and looked after us very well. Walking distance from the beach and seafront center where the swimming pools, shops and restaurants are. We would love to stay at Raaswater again.

The downside of the place is that it is located on the main road so you definitely can't sleep late, because the people start racing in the street already at 06:00 (it sounds like it to us), and construction work that starts at 07: 00 starts, and the revelers make noise until long after 10pm in the evenings with cars racing, music playing and hooters blowing - and that was before the big vacationers came down.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The owners' warm welcome and help to make ourselves at home quickly, the cleanliness of the cottage and also the fact that we didn't need anything for cooking (kitchen utensils) that wasn't there. No unpleasant surprises there. The unit is lovely spacious, very light and has a beautiful sea view. We will not stay in another place again.

As soon as we stepped in, the owners made us feel very welcome with a friendly reception. Raaswater is really a very nice place with which absolutely nothing can be found wrong, even if you go looking for it. We really enjoyed our short visit there and would like to visit there again in the near future and hopefully for longer. Our two boys were quite sad when the time came to pack up...and they are at the difficult stage "where little is good enough!" The unit is excellently equipped with everything you would need during your stay and everything was painstakingly neat and in working order. Thanks for everything and see you soon!
Raaswater is perfectly located. Walking-distance from the amusement park. Comfortable house with enough space for 6 people. We'll definitely stay there again. Take note: the pictures are misleading as the owners live upstairs. (Raaswater is actually only the downstairs area).
You can't get a better location. It's walking distance from everything and very convenient. The unit did not, however, have a decent braai, so best will be to braai with charcoal when you go there.
