Good customer service, rooms were spotless, facility is well maintained, beds were comfortable, rooms are well equipped with all necessary amenities. The place is so beautiful and situated in a quiet area. Room service was good and they offer breakfast, even though I never experienced it because of my timetable. The management is so supportive, they respond anytime for any query.

What is in the pictures is exactly what you get. The place is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and the gardens breathtaking. Vinelle received us so kindly and helpfully, we felt very welcome! The guest house is 10 km from OR Tambo and we will never stay anywhere else before a flight!
Raintree Guesthouse was a very pleasant experience.
Vinelle received us very kindly and made sure we were comfortable by explaining everything well. The breakfast was delicious and once again Vinelle was at the helm of affairs. The guest house creates the feeling of a natural open space with guinea fowl and springbok to be seen, right in the middle of a built-up area. This makes Raintree unique and special, especially if you want to get away from the city's noise. We will definitely use Raintree Guesthouse again.

With Hop On Taxi we were brought to Raintree where we were picked up very late in the evening. The rooms are spacious and clean and provided with sufficient resources. Breakfast is served in a small space, but it is quite sufficient. Raintree lies on one large plot of land with sufficient greenery.

Hail damage the previous week is no excuse for dead birds on the dirty porch. Problems were the following: Staff's child is already following you and even wants to enter your unit with you. No starter breakfast. Only 1 packet of breakfast cereal even if paid for 2 persons. Too little butter, no jam or honey made the bun quite unpalatable. At least breakfast also included ham and cheese. Fruit was overripe, biscuits were cold and cheap coffee was undrinkable. Broken toilet seat, curtain hook falling off the wall and loose TV wire were other problems. Sorry, you won't see me again.
I was warmly greeted on arrival and fell in love with the immaculate surroundings and hospitality. Although the owners were professional and courteous,I have made new friends! I will definitely make use of Raintree Guesthouse again. The breakfast was above all expectations.
