"Fantastic."

We had the most amazing break, awesome unit, well stocked with everything you needed, amazing weather and an absolutely amazing calm sea. The views from the unit were spectacular. Will definitely be returning there. My only complaint - too many stairs!

It was a nice stay. I understand that part has problems with cockroaches, that was all that bothered us.

Would recommend linen and towels to be replaced as there are stains on them, they have been washed but no longer up to standard.

It was just the weather that didn't cooperate, otherwise everything was really excellent. Gradwell was very helpful and quick when something happened like the washing machine that was rusted through and quickly a new one was bought or the key that broke in the rusted lock of the front iron gate ─ quickly someone was there to fix it. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

"Incredible accommodation venue, breathtaking views."

The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It catered for all our needs. The location was incredible, just a quick walk down to the most breathtaking stretch of the Hibiscus coastline. The venue also allowed my 2 fur babies to holiday with our family which was an added bonus. It truly was a dream vacation in every way. Thank you to the team.

Not as dog friendly as advertised. The courtyard is completely fenced off but the neighbours have big dogs that live there permanently and the dogs can see each other through the fence, leading to a lot of barking and difficulty in letting the dogs out.

The apartment was extremely warm and welcoming and short of nothing to make one's stay comfortable and relaxing. Views from the viewing deck were awesome, although it did seem slightly shaky, so I would suggest some maintenance or create a central viewing deck which all apartments can access. Ramsgate Mews is in an amazing location. It is walking distance to Margate Hotel and to Ramsgate South, almost perfectly central. I brought my dog along and she seemed really at home as well. The soaps provided in the bathrooms were very luxurious, some left a soft nourished texture to the skin and smelled great. The apartment also welcomed rather than stigmatised smokers with the many ashtrays, something you don't often find (not that smoking is a good thing, but it gives a sense that one can just be themselves on holiday, within reason). I love fishing, and would highly recommend this area to other keen fishermen as well. The diversity of the people and cultures in Margate and Ramsgate has changed over the past few decades, but everyone is really friendly and welcoming, it was sad to head back to this concrete jungle we call Johannesburg. Inside the parking lot, was very spacious and secure enough, but was just a little dirty and the driveway requires a little maneuvrering to get in and out if you have a big vehicle. There will always be things we can find to pick on, but I really loved every moment spent in the apartment and the surrounding area. Thank you for ensuring I had a fantastic holiday. I will be returning!

There are no complaints, everything was in place, only the master bedroom's shower did not work. It's also close to the sea, although not the swimming beach, but convenient for walking around, especially with the two dogs. Good places to eat in the area near the Spar and could drive to Ramsgate every day to go swimming.
