House rules
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.- Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to the office within 12 working hours.
- The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
- Should there be more guests staying in the unit than what was quoted or the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Pets are strictly not allowed.
- Please further be advised that this unit has a TV with a full DStv package, so it is not necessary to bring your own with you.
- Guests please need to bring their own towels.
- A complimentary toilet paper roll and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring your own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
- Cleaning services can be arranged between 08:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through the office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to them upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
