The unit is very well equipped and comfortable. The location of the unit for a Beach Holiday with young children is superb. We found that the rental was clean, safe and all as per the description given in a safe secure complex.

Very nice stay. Can see the ocean a bit and it's walking distance to the beach and Blue Lagoon, which we were very thankful for because you don't have to struggle with parking. We were very satisfied with our stay.
It was nice, but there were impossible rules there, like no sand in the apartment and so on. It would be nice if there could be a freezer.
The location was great and why we picked the unit. The complex is lovely and has a guard stationed at the gate. The unit smelled very damp, and the main bedroom smelled faintly of urine. No towels were provided, and this is not mentioned in the listing. The remote didn't work on arrival, and the dishwasher didn't work. Not even a tiny courtesy bottle of washing up liquid was provided, and many of the dishes were not particularly clean straight from the cupboard. Messages to the owner had a huge lag before there was a reply. Overall it is a nice unit, just a pity about the issues mentioned.
Ramsgate Palms is right on the main beach and the swimming beach is very easily accessible from the unit. From the veranda you can see the sea and hear the waves. Will use the unit again to enjoy a vacation.
Everything was as described in advance. The apartment is neat, safe, right on the swimming beach and has a sea view. Caroline went out of her way to make the stay pleasant for us.

We had an incredibly nice time, with a baby and big family, the location of the place was so convenient, one can walk with ease.
Ramsgate Holiday Flat 2 is breathtakingly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Just a few steps then your feet rest gently on Ramsgate's Blue Lagoon beach. In the evening we look out at the beautiful sunset over the beach and sea from the veranda while we barbecue and the children play on the lawn. Late at night you can still hear the roar of the waves breaking and the clean smell of pure sea hangs in the air. It's very well located, with Waffle House, a gas station, restaurants and bars, as well as Pistols Saloon, Krokodilplaas and many more within a short radius of the apartment. Our family will definitely go back to Ramsgate Holiday Flat 2. Our holiday was fantastic, we couldn't help but book 4 extra nights and stay longer. It was delicious! Many thanks to the owner, Caroline, for your kindness and hospitality.
Beautiful view, clean, a bit small but accommodated all 8 of us. Kiddies loved the pool and swimming in sea. The beach was beautiful.
