5 guests' feedbackFamily enjoyed the stay. However, due to the heat at night, the ceiling fans weren't very helpful. Maybe 1 aircon unit in the lounge to cool the flat would be nice. Another pool to cater for overflow of people would also be a great idea.
The unit has a very nice view and good location. However, serious maintenance is required. We had to deal with water leaks, grills kicking out power and chairs that break due to aging. This can cause serious injury. Many small things are broken or rusted, e.g. freezer drawer that does not open properly, sliding door latch that does not engage properly. The railing of the complex stairs was broken, which affects the safety of older people in particular.
Would like to suggest that website informs future vacationers/renters early if there is a serious water/municipal problem and not when one is on the way to the destination. We were lucky to only experience the water problem for 2 days. We realize that it is not the website or the owner's fault for this, but the local municipal authority. I just think it would be better for vacationers/renters to be informed in advance. I understand that every day is actually a hell of a gamble when it comes to the water situation, luckily we hit the jackpot to be able to use running water. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed it! Sea, climate etc. actually spoiled us.
Ettienne and his team came to our rescue when we urgently needed another place to stay at 10 o'clock in the evening. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment has everything you need for your holiday. The apartment is also made a bit more modern than the photos show.
Service was quick and friendly. Enjoyed the view. Very pretty.
