Ramsgate Palms Unit A is a ground-floor unit. The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests maximum and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a king bed, the second bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The first bathroom contains a bath only, and the second en-suite bathroom contains a shower only.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a breakfast bar with stools. The living area features a ceiling fan and a smart TV with streaming services like Netflix for which guests must use their own login details. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests. The living area opens through sliding doors to a balcony with outdoor dining furniture and Weber braai facilities.
Please note that there is only 1 allocated parking per unit. Restaurants, a craft market and the famous Waffle House are all situated within walking distance of the complex. The complex has 24-hrs security, and a delightful swimming pool area, set in a sheltered section of the lush tropical gardens, which surround the complex.

13 guests' feedbackThe accommodation was exactly what was needed to make the holiday enjoyable. The area was perfect and the stay was great.
Main bedroom too small. Knife and fork very small. Cooking pot not big enough for family of 5. I had to go buy 2 bigger pots. Sofa very old together with coffee table. The shower door is very loose.
Extremely well located and very tidy. Excellently arranged complex. DSTV and WiFi would be welcome. Fans very quiet and effective. Located very close to clean beach and waffle house.
We had a lovely stay. Good amenities. Ground floor unit close to the beach.
Good morning, everything about the stay was beautiful and amazing. the admin for the Unit were of excellent assistance and we would definitely love to go back there. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Fantastic view of the sea. Was privileged to be able to experience the Whale Migration from the verandah of Ramsgate Palms 3A
The only bad thing that was not disclosed to us in advance was that the owner above us was doing renovations in their unit, so our stay was very disturbed throughout the day.
Our little boy is 1 year and 8 months old and it was great fun for us, we swam a lot, and the weather was perfect. If is walking distance. It was awesome and the security men made our day, friendly and people-people.
Ramsgate Palms Unit A's location is perfect. Ideal for family with kids. Walking distance from beach makes it so comfortable and makes the holiday perfect.

A great place to stay with everything you need although there were huge cockroaches.
The location was beautiful the complex is also very nice, unfortunately the same cant be said for the unit. The fridge did not work the ceiling fans are ancient and cant be used because of the terrible noise that they make. The main sliding door cannot be locked properly and the one bedroom door kept jamming. I was also not informed that there I was no DSTV. The general quality of the appliances and crockery and cutlery was also not up to standard.

House rules
Please note that the unit is accessed via a flight of stairs leading down from the parking area.All tenants are bound by these conditions upon acceptance of the reserved accommodation, including the right of admission reserved by the company.
No keys will be left for collection without the completed preliminary booking form, rule letter, and a copy of the main guest's ID. These documents must be returned to the company at least three days before arrival.
Payment must be made via EFT only.
Full payment is required for last-minute bookings prior to occupation.
No keys will be left for collection if the reservation has not been paid in full. Any after-hour call-out will incur an additional cost charged.
Cancellation policies on online booking portals will apply if applicable.
A breakage deposit is payable and refundable within 30 working days of departure, less any deductions.
Guests must check the inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 12 hours of arrival via WhatsApp. The guests will be responsible for any shortages/breakages or damages incurred if no discrepancies are reported.
Furniture and utensils must not be removed from the unit.
The primary guest accepts liability and responsibility for any shortages/damages or breakages after arrival, and will pay for any loss or damage incurred.
Any fines resulting from contravening the Body Corporate's rules will be paid by the guest.
The confirmation of the reservation is deemed as entering into a lease agreement that is legal and binding.
Sub-letting is prohibited.
