The apartment is situated in the back block on the middle floor and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a microwave, as well as a washing machine for guests convenience. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms, and the apartment is equipped with DStv, and fibre throughout for guest use. The living area leads onto a balcony with a gas braai, seating, and views of the beach and ocean. Please note that there is only 1 allocated parking per unit.
The complex offers 24-hour security, and a communal swimming pool area, set in a sheltered section of the lush tropical gardens which surround the complex. Laundromat facilities are also available on site. Ramsgate offers restaurants, a craft market and the Waffle House, conveniently located within close proximity to the complex. Paddleboats and canoes can be rented from the boat hire kiosk at the edge of the lagoon. This is an enjoyable mode of transport to meander up the river, under the bridge and further upstream to view the birdlife and thick indigenous bush which grows right to the edges of the river banks.

The accommodation is well kept, walking distances to main beach. Has excellent views. Secure. Full DStv and well furnished.
Great view of ocean and Ramsgate main beach. The unit is well kept. Easy access from car to unit. Secure and lovely pool.
On the way to Ramsgate we were told that Eskom was working on the power and that we wouldn't have power until 9 o'clock in the evening, but the lady made sure that we had battery lights on our arrival to at least make it better. The apartment was nice and clean, and it is excellently located. We will definitely come again. We really got the feeling that the extra mile is being walked with the guests.
Was a very nice clean unit with the most beautiful sea view from the rooms and lounge and the braai on the balcony. It made the holiday very enjoyable. It's so close to the swimming beach, and there are lots of other activities to do which made the whole holiday a total success. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend it!
The apartment was lovely, it may be worth having the blankets used for the cold days cleaned. My daughter had a whole lot of bug bites her from the blankets. It would also be nice to have a coffee plunger in the unit and some salad servers. The Weber was great.
Neat unit with convenient facilities. Just sorry no contact with office regarding of small problems.

House rules
House Rules:All tenants are bound by these conditions upon acceptance of the reserved accommodation, including the right of admission reserved by the company.
No keys will be left for collection without the completed preliminary booking form, rule letter, and a copy of the main guest's ID. These documents must be returned to the company at least three days before arrival.
Payment must be made via EFT only.
Full payment is required for last-minute bookings prior to occupation.
No keys will be left for collection if the reservation has not been paid in full. Any after-hour call-out will incur an additional cost charged.
Cancellation policies on online booking portals will apply if applicable.
A breakage deposit is payable and refundable within 30 working days of departure, less any deductions.
Guests must check the inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 12 hours of arrival via WhatsApp. The guests will be responsible for any shortages/breakages or damages incurred if no discrepancies are reported.
Furniture and utensils must not be removed from the unit.
The primary guest accepts liability and responsibility for any shortages/damages or breakages after arrival and will pay for any loss or damage incurred.
Any fines resulting from contravening the Body Corporate's rules will be paid by the guest.
The confirmation of the reservation is deemed as entering into a lease agreement that is legal and binding.
Sub-letting is prohibited.
