The main bedroom contains a double bed and, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. This room also features a ceiling fan and has a beautiful sea view. The second and third bedrooms are each fitted with 2 single beds and the modern second bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. All linen is provided, just bring your own towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a tumble-dryer. The complex has a laundry room so washing can be done there. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection, guests will need to bring their own decoder and smart card. Alternatively, you can stream DStv on the smart box, with free unlimited WiFi.
The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area that has outdoor patio furniture seating, sun loungers and braai facilities. The patio offers panoramic sea views.
The unit also boasts a state-of-the-art UPS system that ensures uninterrupted power during load shedding. Please note that this excludes the geyser and stove.
There is a swimming pool in the complex. An undercover parking bay is allocated to this unit, as well as secure visitor’s parking, at the front of the complex.
There is direct beach access via a beach gate, and Ramsgate main beach is about 200 m away. Shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.

6 guests' feedbackIt's close to everything! The view is fantastic! Kitchen well equipped, just needs plastic plates and glasses for the children! We had a great time!
Sunrise, sea view, stay nice.
Linens was dirty, permanently stained, only real thing that put me off.
Rendezvous was perfectly located for our stay during a wedding over a long weekend, but expensive for what you get. The place was neat and clean, but there are no towels or extra blankets, the one single blanket we could find was dirty and could not be used. There is no WiFi or cell phone reception. According to the advertisement we could bring our dog, but after the booking and payment, this was not correct. We had to make an alternative plan with our dog. Only to find out that other units at Rendezvous could bring their dogs!
Unfortunately our holiday was during the KZN floods and we were trapped in the apartment. There wasn't much to keep us busy. I was also not at all impressed with the cleanliness of the bedding upon our arrival.
Could have done better had I spend more time.

House rules
A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection, so should you wish to watch DSTV please bring with you, your own decoder, smart card and cables. There is no PVR or Explora connection.
Please bring with bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring along your own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 08:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
