These 2 bedrooms share the modern second bathroom which is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 66666 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with an open view decoder. You are welcome to bring along your own DStv decoder and smart card.
A large patio, with panoramic sea views, is off the lounge. The patio is equipped with patio furniture seating 6, an umbrella, and a kettle braai.
There is a swimming pool in the complex and an undercover parking bay is allocated to this unit as well as secure visitor’s parking at the front of the complex. The complex also has a laundry room so washing can be done there.
There is direct beach access via a beach gate and Ramsgate main beach is about 200 m away. Shops and restaurants are available within close proximity.
All linen and towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.

1 guests' feedbackWe loved the apartment. It was a home away from home. Had everything and more! Very clean, modern and a great place to spend our holiday. Wonderful views, close walk to the beach, Blue Lagoon, and waffle house. Shops were just a short drive away. Jayde was a superstar and helped me with all questions and concerns I had!

House rules
A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a flat-screen TV with an open view decoder, so should you wish to watch DStv please bring with you your own decoder, smart card and cables. There is no PVR or Explora connection.
Please bring with bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with you your own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
