Had a lovely stay at Rattray's Roost. Lindsay made us very welcome and Tim was efficient and friendly in all our dealings with him. House was clean and well-equipped. Good value for money. I would recommend this accommodation to all. We will be back. Thank you Rattrays Roost!
Owner Tim is really great. Very accommodating and pleasant. The place is nice and big with everything that we needed. It was also very clean. Fittings are a little dated, but everything works fine.
Comfortable accommodation with everything you would need. Very homely. Nothing fancy but completely adequate. Uninterrupted views of the mountains. My daughter loved the chickens and playing with the very friendly dog on the property. Overall a lovely stay.

The location is beautiful with the lush green lawns and the view breathtaking. The house itself needs a little 'tender love and care'. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful.
We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. Himeville had no water, but provisions were made by the owners to provide us with drinking and washing water.
Tim is a caring host and really provided just about everything you can think of. Coffee, tea, milk, rusks, cookies, fireplace. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. A good place for two pairs.
We were 2 families over nighting for the start of the Sani2C. Rattray's Roost is very conveniently located. The accommodation was comfortable and clean and our host, Tim, was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Was really comfortable to sleep at Rattray's Roost. The house is in a dead end street with little traffic and a beautiful view of the mountains. Tim and Dorkas were pleasant and friendly host and hostess. Will definitely stay over there if the opportunity arises. PS. Sorry Dorkas, we ate all your biscuits.
