This is the second time I've stayed here, and you can't get better! She spoils with so many extras: filter coffee and something to eat before bed, the nicest hot water bags on your front porch that really stay warm almost all night, a treat in the fridge, and I can go on. Furthermore, the place is equipped with everything one needs and more. Linen is lovely, towels nice and big and super neat.

It was the most incredible guesthouse we have ever stayed at. We love to travel and have stayed at many guesthouses, but this one simply stands out from the rest. The rooms are spacious and tasteful. The hostess has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay exceptional. To give an example, there are 4 types of coffee to choose from, not bags, but bottles. Full cream and skim milk are in the fridge. You have a wide selection of products to choose from in the bathroom.
This was such a neat and tidy guesthouse! I could give them 200% for their cleanliness! Everything was in its place and everything had been thought out really well. This was a gem and we enjoyed our stay. We will certainly use it in the future.

We returned each night to a sparkling clean room and were spoiled with chocolates in the fridge, coffee and a snack before bed, and the kitchen had a variety of coffees/teas, milk, sugars, etc. In addition, the bathroom also had a variety of bath/shower products that we could choose from if we hadn't packed something. The accommodation is easy to find and situated close to the N1 highway. So for a stopover on the way to Cape Town it is perfectly situated and easy to find. The host went well out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We also required very minor repairs to our motor vehicle and were provided with all the relevant information for dealerships in Bloemfontein. All in all, this was a memorable stay or stopover and we would love to go back but winter is too cold in Bloem, even with the super warm electric blankets! Thank You Reacto Gastehuis.

An extra bed can be added in Unit 1 and 2 while the queen-size bed in Unit 2 can be converted into twin beds. Please note there is no smoking allowed in the rooms.
