The Red Box Villa is a comfortable and modern self-catering home for 12 people in Plettenberg Bay, with beautiful views of the wetland.
The house comprises 6 double en-suite bedrooms, an upstairs lounge, and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and entertainment space. Two of the bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with either a shower or a bath.
The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, and the fourth bedroom contains a king-size bed. Both of the rooms have a shower en suite. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds which can be converted into a king-size bed, and each room has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. All linen and towels will be provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a gas stove and electric oven, a double-door fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools, as well as a separate scullery. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or at the 12-seater dining table in the dining area.
A pizza oven and indoor braai area are available for guests to use in the entertainment space, and the cosy upstairs lounge features a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.
The villa has outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach, a stunning swimming pool deck with sun loungers, and outdoor dining furniture. Secure parking is provided.
The spectacular wetland is ideal for bird watching, and is a short 240 m walk from Solar Beach. Plettenberg Bay offers various restaurants, cafés and shops and activities ranging from hiking, horseback riding trails, whale and dolphin watching, sea kayaking, and for the more adventurous, bungee jumping at Bloukrans Bridge. House rules
Keys will only be handed over once all deposits and final payments are in place.A refundable breakage deposit will be required. The deposit will be refunded, after the following charges, if any, have been deducted: missing keys and remotes, breakage, damages, special cleaning charges for upholstery and carpets damaged by tenants or for replacement of items that have been damaged.
The owner will not be held liable for any injury, loss of life or any other claim arising from any accident suffered by the tenant, his family or guests.
The swimming pool is used at your own risk.
All linen and towels will be provided. The use of self-tan is prohibited, as it damages the linen, any damage caused to the linen to be charged to tenants.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted in the pool area only.
Pets are welcome on prior arrangements only. Pets are required to be house-trained. There is not a garden and pets will have to be taken outside the gate to do their business.
This agreement includes the services of one staff member on weekdays, from 09:00 to 17:00. Any overtime is to be agreed between staff and tenant and payable by the tenant.
