14 guests' feedbackThere was no tea or coffee in the room on arrival? However, there were very limited channels on the TV and I didn't have access to the WiFi. Breakfast was late so I left later than I had planned.
The outside view of the house looks dull and colorless compared to the photos that are advertised. The manager is trying, but there is a lack of guidance and knowledge. The owners have to sleep in the studio for a night and test out the facilities. You need the fan to survive a February night in Pretoria, but nowhere where the wall plugs are can the fan get close enough to the sleeping part to make a difference. Towels and bathroom mats have seen better days. You have to ask for coffee even if there is a coffee station. Toiletries are only liquid soap at sink and shower. The house and parking area are not accessible at all for the elderly or someone who has difficulty walking, stairs too high.
Faith received us very kindly. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant. The people try hard but lack experience and guidance. Place is excellently located to be very successful. No air-conditioning and it was bloody hot - fan that was offered didn't turn itself back on after load shedding. Bedding (blanket on bed and pillowcases) is a bit old and worn. Lots of black ants in room, on bed and in bathroom. No alternative to load shedding. Parking area is very inconvenient and intercom as well as motorised gate did not work. No lighting during load shedding.
It has a nice, warm atmosphere and they gave us a friendly welcome. Beautiful and cosy room. Breakfast was very nice.

It was exactly what we needed after a long, hard day.
The reception we got from Agnes and her colleague was incredible. If we needed something, they brought it immediately. The next day's breakfast was off the books. 5 star, thank you.
Agnes was a wonderful hostess. Very helpful and friendly. And her breakfast was top notch.
They can replace the system (intercom) at the gate that is broken. Maybe a nameplate, because the numbers are misleading.
Room was neat and on the side. Floors dusty and not swept for a long time. Well located for Kloof Hospital.
Agnes blessed us with the most enjoyable experience of our lives. Will recommend the guesthouse to all!
