Fantastic place with everything you need. Beautifully furnished, clean, private, and the hostess was a great hostess.
It really is a beautiful place! So beautifully made with quality finishes and just a few extra treats too. Although the kitchenette is somewhat small compared to the spacious rooms, we were still able to do everything we needed. The gas grill and induction plate work well and you don't need more. The place is nice and private, you don't even know you are on the same property as the owners. We can definitely recommend the place! Truly five star accommodation!

An absolute nightmare. Booked 3 nights, left as early as we could after the first night. No view, unless you enjoy vibrocrete walls. Braai facilities are pathetic. They warn you about the no smoking or vaping policy but their restrictions are totally ridiculous. Not great to have to stand in the street for a smoke or a vape whilst trying to enjoy a braai on the world's smallest gas braai. Enjoying the first cup of coffee in the morning in the street was the deciding factor to depart.
Owners are very friendly and went the extra mile.
Definitely yes, Mark and Shirley make you feel right at home. We were even spoiled on the first morning with a fresh bun from a local baker from Gansbaai that Mark came to give.
It was a wonderful experience. Shirley and Mark were so friendly and hospitable. She gave very nice instructions on WhatsApp and was very friendly and helpful for any questions. There were 4 of us staying there for a wedding. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The place was extremely neat, clean and in great condition. They put so much effort into little things to make us feel welcome; arrival day was a very cold day, and they turned on the rooms' panel heaters ahead of time, so the rooms were lovely and warm when we entered. There was a bottle of water for each of them on their bedside table and chocolates on the pillows. She even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Security is great; burglar bars on the windows and an alarm with beams in the evening to give you peace of mind for a safe night's rest. I would go there again anytime, it was lovely, and would recommend it to anyone.
Hospitality, beautiful decor and furniture as well as a wonderful bath. They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. All the cremations were special, thank you very much!
