House rules

No smoking is allowed inside the house (this includes Vaping, Hubbly-Bubbly, etc.)

Arrival time is from 15H00- 19H00. (Please note that late arrivals might incur an extra fee.)

Departure is at or before 10h00. Please note that in peak season, check-out time is strictly 10 am to clean the establishment before the next guests arrive. (Please note that late departures might incur an extra fee.)

Occupancy at any time, for any reason, is limited to the number of persons agreed upon as per your reservation.

No pets or living creatures other than human beings are allowed on the premises unless arranged by Seascapes Accommodations, a pet deposit form is completed, and your deposit is paid. ( This does not apply to service dogs.)

Do not move furniture around in the premises and do not take them outside.

Make fires only in places provided. Please bear in mind that this is a high wildfire area, so there are no unattended fires, and no fires during heavy winds.


Please note no noise after 10 pm and before 8 am out of respect for the neighbors, as we are situated in a residential area. Pringle Bay and Betty's Bay are biospheres; the locals will report loud music to the authorities.


In order to prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the toilets, sinks, or shower trays. Septic tank system.
