5 guests' feedbackVery nice stay, was kindly received. The room was spacious and tidy, just a bit cold, but heaters helped. Beautiful bathroom.
The toilet doesn't work and leaks, the shower has no pressure, if another room turns on the water you stand in a shower full of soap with no water. The gate is open 24/7, no entry control which hinders safety, pool is green, lights in room do not work and are broken. Not worth the money.
On arrival, I was told that there was no booking for me. I had to call the travel agent with my own phone to try and arrange. The room was not suitable for couples. I had to pay extra money to get a so called better room. In that room there was no tea or coffee it was just room to sleep. I paid R850.00 for bed only (its very expensive). Breakfast was extra R100.00 pp. Not happy with the service at all. Attitude of the receptionist leaves much to be desired.
Very nice place. It seems that it was not yet well equipped. The hostess has yet to find her feet. Probably but only recently opened the place. Maybe in a year or so it will be better equipped.
