No WiFi could be a problem for some, but it makes you actually talk to each other or you can read. You have the sense you are further away from the city than you actually are. They really go the extra mile to make your stay the best it can be. Definitely worth a return visit.

Riverview Spa is perfect for a couple's getaway. All the meals were of the best quality, the accommodation neat and clean. We didn't use any spa facilities, but had a lovely walk along the river and relaxed in the pool.
Get away from the city on your front door, will definitely go back.

It's not self-catering in any way. Two adults can't hold a conversation in a normal tone of voice because we bother the spa guests. We were allowed to swim but not allowed to talk to one another in the pool area. It's a lovely venue but not for a family with adult children who are not using the spa. There is no Wi-Fi whatsoever.
We were kindly welcomed. It truly feels like you are out of the city among the animals and nature. Was very peaceful and enjoyed it a lot.

We were warmly received and the staff saw to it that our chalet lacked nothing, even when our children joined us a day later. Meals are served on a beautiful veranda and terrace overlooking the Crocodile River. Our spa experiences exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back for this! As we left before breakfast on the last day, delicious breakfast packs were prepared for us. Walking paths to the river are neat and safe and seats to enjoy the view are clean and well located. Small game, zebras and a wildebeest outside the site were a nice surprise!

We enjoyed being able to enjoy our meals (afternoon and evening) in the privacy of our room/chalet/unit. It only made the time together more intimate and no one bothered us. Even with our treatments, we rarely saw other people and it was nice not to be disturbed, with other people around you all the time. The sunset was beautiful with our nice bottle of red wine. The staff, Elmarie and Estelle really treated us like "royalty" and we felt very special. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
