Everything was fine, thank you!
Very nice clean and tidy!
Room big enough for 2 adults, one 6 year old and one 1 year old. We just had to provide our own camping hut in the end. Luckily had one on hand. Our other son slept on the sleeper coach.
Affordable. Conveniently close to OR Tambo Airport. A couple of light bulbs didn't work but we only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal.
Affordable accommodation. Great food. Majority of the staff were welcoming and kind.

Best and cheapest place to stay near airport. We were 5 km from OR Tambo Airport. The Road Lodge arranged a shuttle for us at R100 per person. Received good and friendly service.
We spent the night here and they assisted us in arranging a shuttle for us to fly the next morning.
Located close to the airport, though a few kilometers away, so you'd need transport. Great value, very clean, friendly service.
I enjoyed my stay, it met my expectations.

This is the worst Road Lodge I have stayed at. The room is small. There was no duvet. The furniture is old. The bathroom is old. It felt like a backpackers.

The only thing that I didn't understand is why the "hand rub" sachet placed on the bed with the towers was opened? Was it used? Where they trying to make it easier to use? I didn't use it because of that. I also couldn't get the TV on but that wasn't a big deal as the WiFi was great. Overall, good place to stay.
Shower was a big problem. I had to manoeuvre and hang towels to make it private. Was a big embarrassment. When I asked for other room staff said all the rooms look like this. How can you not have private showers, any one in room can see you in the shower.
