Was good, there was a hiccup of room allocation when I arrived but was corrected the following day.

The best news we could get was that there are now also other meals available. Not just breakfast. The dinner was top notch. Every time our request that we would like a room on the ground floor was also met. There is no lift. Would recommend to anyone who needs to be at the airport very early.

I loved the stay, I just wish they checked the carpet as it brings a weird odour. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
Small, but for our travel purpose it was fine. Small bathroom. Reception was always willing to answer questions. Wifi only allowed 2 devices at a time, so either one of the cellphones or the laptop disconnected when all 3 were connected. Overall good experience.
Always use it for late arrival or early departure flights.
Take it for what it is, a very conveniently located sleepover at the PE International Airport. I don't suggest you use it for any other purpose. However, I suggest you get a first floor room and not a ground floor room. The ground floor room window opens up into the car park, and the cars are literally 2m from the window. The end result is that I slept with the window closed.

The service is excellent - maybe they could just look at how their rooms are cleaned - I stayed there for a week and for a week the same dirt was on the carpet (Sugar papers) the one day my shower was without towels and the other day they never cleaned - i reported it. Furthermore, everything was 100% and very nice and peaceful. Definitely in the right place - making it easy to drop off your rental car and fly again.

It was a good place to sleep but not for the money, no restaurant, have to drive out to eat and their machines where you can buy something to drink or eat are ridiculously expensive. One also only has a certain amount of channels but those channels are not for me.
The concierge was very helpful with assistance to provide necessities overlooked by the housekeeping staff.
The images and the accommodation were the same. The location was the perfect distance between Central and Summerstrand.

I stayed over 3 nights and on the last night had to sleep in my bakkie from 1 am in the morning until the next day. We could not sleep due to the excessive loud noise from the room and corridors. We called reception several times, but they could not calm the noise down as they were under staffed and only had 1 person on reception and 1 security guard on duty. I paid for 3 nights, but only spent 2 nights in the hotel. It was not very nice as I still had to attend to a clients in the morning. Spoke to the manager later that morning who could only apologise for the inconvenience. Sorry I will not be staying there again.
